The breakfast was rich including a home made pie (made by the host with passion) but not much yogurt, or cheese or other salty foods. The room and the whole flat was clean. The hosting couple was very friendly and welcoming and they live in another location yet present every morning to clean and cook the traditional pie. The room had a private bathroom and air conditioning. The hosts even provided us with disposable slippers. The location was relatively close to the Subaugusta subway station. There are a couple of food shops and terases/restaurant not far away.

There was a small problem with the warm water one night.

We were very lucky to be Mr. Leone's and Mrs. Rina's guests. They have a very bright and youthful spirit, they are very accommodating, and in addition to doing their job really well, they brought me and my fiancee a bottle of wine when they heard that we were engaged. The building is close to the Subaugusta metro station and the bus that goes to Ciampino airport, so it is in a great place for all travelers coming from that side. The apartment is neat, clean, you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend anyone coming to Rome to stay here.

The stay was overall very pleasant. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The property itself is very clean and equiped with all that you need. Also the location is practical, 5 minutes from Subaugasta metro station. I definitely recommend this place.

Thanks to senior Leona and seniora Rina for being awesome hosts. Even though they only speak Italian - they will try their best to make your stay very comfortable. The apartment is also near the metro station. The cakes that they cook are very delicious.

I have to say that this accomodation was probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at, truly immaculate. The owners were so lovely and welcoming, we made a mistake in the bookings as we only booked in one person instead of two, the problem was fixed in seconds as they had no problem making up another bed and fixing up extra food.

Everything was perfect.

Quiet and very clean location, close to the metro and local restaurants, very kind hosts - Mr. Leone's and Mrs. Rina willing to help us with any problem. Even if they didn't speak English we had no difficulties to get along. .

Walkable distance to metro line A which can take you to Termini station in 20 mins. Leone and Rina were excellent hosts. They maintained apartment very well my self and my wife both liked it 🙂

Nothing much..

We really enjoyed staying here, the owner was very nice. The hotel is super clean, our room was cleaned every day and everything smells good. We always had lots of food, coffee and fresh fruit every day. We would come back again.

Hosts were really lovely. It was nice to meet Leone and I believe his wife. Leone walked me to the train station when I arrived and showed me how to get the train ticket which was really helpful. The train being so close by was a plus. I used it to get around and saved money. The apartment was super clean and they came everyday to do some housekeeping The room was a decent size for myself and I had a fridge in there. The balcony was cute even though I will admit I didn't use it. The free wifi was decent.

I wish I read the details a little better but I just want people to know that it's pretty much an apartment and you renting one room in that apartment with other people. I prefer not to do this so I was a bit uncomfortable. I had a hard time falling asleep right away during my stay there and there was one night I was woken up by a loud family. There is not sufficient soundproofing so you can hear everything. The family came in around 11:00pm and their child was upset and was crying/screaming for a little bit. You can also hear every single door open or close. I think because I wasn't too comfortable and couldn't fall asleep so well I was more aware of all of these sounds when back home I would normally sleep through anything. The only other comment I have to make is that I bought dinner my first night to eat back at the room and the next day after I returned from a day outside, my half eaten burger was gone. I honestly wish they asked me first before dumping my food. Especially since it was only there in the fridge for one night and I had planned to finish eating it.
