Friendly neighborhood, a bit far from the city center but easily reachable by metro line A. The bed is very comfortable, and there is also a mini fridge in the room. The check-in and check-out process is completely autonomous—we didn’t even meet the owner, but we received a detailed explanation on how to reach the room, so we had no problems. For breakfast, you get tickets to a pasticceria just across the road, where we enjoyed delicious croissants and cappuccino. Overall, the price-to-value ratio is very good.

An amazing advantage: very close to the metro, and right next to the metro there is a shop open 24/7. Clean. The staff was very helpful, the gentleman picked us up, showed us the room and explained everything. The air conditioning was very good, you could sleep in silent mode. Beautiful, clean bathroom. Fridge, coffee machine. For breakfast, we had sweet rolls, lots of delicious juices and mineral water. Plus a sweet surprise (I won't spoil it for you). If you are a larger group, there are additional rooms - so you can easily book.

everything was ok. I can only add that the paint under the window was peeling a little - it doesn't really matter.

- bed was comfortable, big closet and fridge - breakfast provided by the nearby Cafe was great local experience - metro was nearby and had great access to all sight seeing spots and termini station - many restaurants and big supermarket nearby

- there was plenty of noise from above and other tenants, but during the night it was mostly fine and we could find sleep - some utensils like a wine opener would have been nice

Apartmant was perfect, a lot of space, comfortable bed and big kitchen and shower. We enjoyed it! Owner was very friendly and kind to us, explained everything and very care nice overall! Would go again! Very good price for what you get

Biggest downside was the clenliness of the shower. It was full of mold and dirty hence the lower overall score. We also found a small scorpio near the couch, but that is common in Rome. The apartment has two AC units but sometimes you can smell the moisture in the air since it's in the basement.

The neighborhood is fine. The room located in a perfect palace, easy to reach the main tram line. Like 3 minutes walk and even safe in the late night too. The breakfast is a bit confusing as it served in a very close bakery. Not clear what is included and what is not, or how many croissant is in the price.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night and that was the most important and enough for us. The breakfast was light and it was left for us in the room from the previous day.

There are no signs of the place and you should check and follow the address that the host is going to provide in message. When we arrived at the place there was no one to meet us, but luckily the door was open and there was one woman that called the host for me. We waited 10 more minutes for the host to arrive and to check in.

the location of this place was amazing, being only a few minutes from a main metro line. there are lots of great local food places to eat nearby (no tourist traps around here). the room was comfortable and everything you need to shower and sleep while you spend the day exploring Rome. they also provide some juice, coffee, water and little snacks which is a nice bonus. Roberto who checked us in was very helpful and very funny. for the price and location, this place is a steal for Rome!

the bathroom is a little small, and if you are tall you’ll have a little trouble when sitting on the toilet (the sink will be right in your face). the shower head installed is luxurious, but be careful as the double door entrance allows a lot of water out and onto the floor.

Very close to the metro station. For breakfast we received coupons to use in the coffee shop/bakery nearby - nice experience to see the locals. Breakfast was typical Italian - sweet pastry + coffee. The room was nice and clean. It’s located in the -0,5 floor but it’s not dark inside.

The room is tidy and quite big. The location is very comfortable and not far from public transport, specially metro and buses which we used everydays for travellings. Due to bad informations which I should note is a small breakfast. They serves only a cold rolls for a full of time spended in room...

Very clean, easy to access and had everything we needed (including a fridge and breakfast). Close to a supermarket and a couple of good restaurants.

Location was a bit far out of the city, but close to a main metro line so this wasn’t an issue.
