The breakfast provided by the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which contributed to a pleasant overall atmosphere

Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered some challenges outside the hotel's control. Firstly, there was a strike on May 6th, which affected transportation options in the area. Additionally, the closest metro line, Line A, was closed until 5:00 pm, further limiting accessibility to the city center. While I understand these issues were beyond the hotel's influence, it did impact my overall experience. Furthermore, the room was incredibly small

The room was charming for our quick stay. We had 2 twin beds which were comfortable, the room had A/C, and a TV. The bathroom was quite large with adequate amenities. The parking was onsite and gated, which was very secure. The interior of the hotel was lovely. The night clerk was so sweet, and he was helpful in navigating us on where to park. He also made us cappuccinos on our way out in the morning. The breakfast was amazing; they had yogurt, cereal, various meats and cheeses, breads etc. Great value for what we paid. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is an old repurposed villa, near the Arco di Travertino metro station. Well maintained exterior. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bed is not too soft, which I commonly find to be the case in hotels, and of a decent size (for a 1.85 m tall person). The breakfast was varied and good. Nice coffee as well. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Not much really. The breakfast hall is small so maybe you can expect to wait a bit at 9AM if the hotel is booked, but this is nitpicking.

Perfect for what we wanted - a hotel on the outskirts with parking, WiFi and air conditioning. This is a 2 star hotel but the air con worked well, breakfast was great and parking was perfect. It is so close to the metro, we were able to use public transport to get into the city. The room was clean and we had a fab meal in the restaurant across from the hotel. It was close to the catacombs too.

Sound proofing between the rooms could have been better but we always bring an ear plugs when we travel.

It was so nice to come back to this quaint little hotel after a busy day touring Rome. It was steps away from the metro and also restaurants which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would enjoy a peaceful place to spend the night while on holidays.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

- wonderful Italian villa, you truly feel like you are in Italy as opposed to a more traditional hotel - beautiful terrace to have coffee and breakfast in the morning - quiet - all staff speak English and are very welcoming - in the morning your coffee is served as you like it, good Italian coffee and not crap hotel coffee - very clean and equipped with everything you need (AC, slippers, mini fridge, wifi, 24hrs reception) - a big supermarket is very close - metro and bus are a few meters away taking you to Termini or the center

the location was the only downside, it’s far from the centre and at night you have to take a taxi back (about 20-25 eur from the centre) because all Italians I met told me it’s a little unsafe to take the metro in this area at night

Great price for Rome, very clean, super close to the Metro station, so getting to the city centre was super easy. The room we had was facing the parking lot/street, so we had a separate entrance, which was nice. Free parking behind gates, so very safe. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast included order made coffee from a very smiling and polite barista and oven baked croissants. Room was spacious for Rome and had everything we needed., but some refurbishment wouldn't hurt as it's a bit dated. P.s. Just a heads up - water in the minifridge is not complimentary, but only cost us 1EUR per bottle.

The shower door had broken hinges/wheels so needed some wiggling around to get them closed. Noise isolation is not perfect, so if you stay facing the street, you'll probably hear cars and people on it.

It’s very close to a subway station. It’s an old and charming place. There’s a lot of choice for breakfast and the waitress is always very friendly.

The noise of the air conditioning.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Very kind and obliging receptionists and extremely friendly ladies at breakfast who prepared coffee, tea and warm milk for the cereals in a jiffy! When booking I had asked for wholemeal bread, and indeed, in addition to all the delicious Italian sweets and croissants, they had also provided something similar. There was also fresh fruit! All in all, nothing left to be desired! Very small breakfast room, but kind of funny and cozy. Chambermaids also very friendly and obliging! Around the corner ''Arco Bistrot Roma, an excellent restaurant, where we have eaten at least 4 times. Friendly and witty waiter/owner (?).

It was a quiet room, although it happened three times that guests who had access to the terrace that was directly above my room started to move chairs back and forth at about 1.30 am, which kept me awake for at least an hour ! I made this known to the reception twice, who promised to address those guests about this. That eventually paid off. I would advise the hotel to inform the users of this terrace (which belongs to a room) in advance about the noise and that there is a room below where someone wants to sleep. Perhaps the chair legs can also be provided with sound-absorbing material.

The hotel has a price/performance ratio that is hard to beat. Of course, compared to significantly more expensive hotels, you have to compromise on the size of the breakfast buffet and the amenities. In return you get a cheap room in a small, more familiar hotel with very friendly staff. The metro station right next to the hotel takes you to the center of Rome in 10-15 minutes.
