This place was a beautiful, peaceful and authentic neighbourhood from which to explore Rome. Mario was a lovely host and the breakfast was great every morning. Our favourite thing was all the amazing local restaurants and bars that were a walking distance away, so much better than the food in central Rome! Would definitely recommend.

Although the distance was generally a good thing, it’s good also to note that it will take you around a hour to get into the main tourist spots on public transport. But, with that you get a really cool Roman experience that’s definitely more peaceful than battling the crowds.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Mario was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. Mario also helped as when our flight was a late night one we asked if we could keep the room for the day to give us more time to pack and a place to keep our belongings while we made the most of our last day. The breakfast was lovely everything was laid out for whenever you fancied to go up and have it. The terrace was gorgeous and so much prettier than you could think.

My only down side was the location the surrounding area isn't too great however there is an amazing restaurant that Mario recommended, and there are also many ways in transportation around so you don't have to walk around the neighbourhood if yo don't want to. For example we used the trams and they made our life very easy.

Perfect choice to stay when visiting Rome. Very clean and functional b&b. 3 rooms A, B and C. Delicious breakfast. Kitchen like at home with access to all equipment. 3 shelfs in the fridge for each room if you want to keep your food. Patio on the roof will give you chance to relax after busy days in Rome. Very close to bis and tram stops to get to city center. Mario the owner was always ready to help with all informations. Highly recommending. 10/10 👏👏👏

A small, beautiful house with three guest rooms. A well appointed eating area with refrigerator and oven/microwave is available on the top floor. A very nice roof patio that was very relaxing. Close to the Metro. The owner has put together a great book introducing guests to the area and how to get around. Lots of restaurants within easy walk. A very relaxing place to stay and see Rome.

Mario was a fantastic host! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and he even had it ready early for us when we had an early departure for one of our excursions. He greeted us upon arrival and provided recommendations for local eateries and detailed information on how to access the tram and subway. Rooms were cleaned every day. There is also a rooftop terrace available for guests, which was a nice place to relax when we were done sightseeing for the day.

While the location is close to the tram, it often runs behind schedule, so give yourself plenty of extra time if you have reservations for a specific time. There is a subway station, but it's a 15-20 minute walk from the B&B.

Absolutely everything, from the kind and understanding reception of Mario, the host, to the rooms themselves and the amazing breakfast selection, everything was very very high quality. Mario was very helpful with any doubts or questions we might’ve had about the stay or general topics. The property has an amazing view and very pretty rooftop to enjoy the sunset on a summer evening. Loved every second of our stay.

Nothing negative at all, the only “downside” was that we couldn’t stay longer than we did.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Mario and we were made feel at home right from the start. The room was very clean and had a lovely view over the garden. The location is a little out of the city but close to the tram and bus stop so wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. The breakfast was great and had something different each morning. Would definitely recommend this place thanks again Mario for a lovely stay.

This place exceeded all expectations. Especially want to say thank to its host Mario. I have never met such an attentive attitude towards guests. Mario suggested everything, told everything, made a whole folder indicating what and where is located, where you can eat, how to get to the city center etc. Even before our trip, he was in touch and answered all questions we were interested in. The hotel room was cozy and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, each room has its own breakfast table. There is a cozy beautiful terrace where you can sit in the evening, breathe fresh air, relax. The hotel has a fridge, kettle and coffee machine that you can use. Excellent value for money and quality. There are many places to eat near the hotel. The city center can be reached by different types of transport: 6 minutes walk to the bus stop, 14 minutes work to the metro. Highly recommend this hotel! We hope to return.

Mario is an incredible host. The B&B is spotlessly clean, welcoming and just like in the pictures with tasteful bedrooms and bath, a rooftop terrace to enjoy after a long day in the city and fully stocked kitchen for light meal prep. Breakfasts were good and Mario set up ours VERY early two mornings even though we told him not to. Great welcome folder with maps, transit information, restaurants in the area, and other useful tips. Secure parking was arranged and easy to locate a couple of blocks away. Good bakeries, restaurants, supermarket close by. Rome centre/Vatican City is 35-45 minutes away by bus/tram/metro. Lots of options for transit. Would recommend 409 bus to Arco di Travertino, then metro from there for getting to most of the sites easily. Suggest having navigational aid (google maps and data) to get around Rome. Book tickets in advance. Get to St. Peter’s Basilica by 8 am latest!

The apartment is smaller, but it is clean and quiet. AC works fine. On the roof is a very nice relax area for evenings talks, drink etc. It would be great if there was also some shade when you want to sit outside. In the summer is the sun crazy and you better go to your room where is AC .] The room has a small balcony, so its also good. The owner Mario was always ready to answer our questions. Easiest way how to get to the center is to take a TRAM (from Tor pignatarra - to Termini) as the tram is old it is a funny experience.

The area where is the apartment located is fine, but behind a corner (on the way to tram) it looks dirty. Probably from homeless people, which we saw many. Also the breakfast was not bad, but it was not fantastic for sure. It would be better to have some fruits, ham, cheese.
