Communication with staff was really nice. We arrived couple of hours late and they wait for us in reception without any cost. Really appreciated! The room is big - small apartment with fridge, kitchenette, powerful air conditioning, TV... it really exceed our expectation! Tram stop is just in front of the hotel. Near the residenze you can find supermarkets, good restaurants... We probably will repeat again in future!

You need to know that tram is about 20 minutes from Rome center, and in summer it's usually full and terribly warm, but it's a Rome problem, nothing to do with Conti :)

The property is in a good location with excellent transport links. The buses and trains come regularly. There are multiple cafes and small restaurants nearby. Lidl was only a 10 minute walk away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchenette.

There is nothing wrong with the property itself however be prepared for some traffic noise and frequent police sirens

The whole room was great and it included a well equipped kitchen. The location is nearby the bus stop. It was all good, the staff was responsive enough, as tourists we appreciate 😊

Everything was fine ☺️ but as a suggestion: perhaps adding an extra step to the video to find the right door, other than that, the video with the instructions was clear enough.

We were not able to stay in our room on the day of our arrival because no staff was at the desk. We were late because the plan landed later than expected. So it was not our fault. And we informed them that we would be late. We arrived to the residence and there was no staff to meet us and let us in. That was very disappointing especially on our very first day in Italy. :( In addition to that, I lost a T-shirt after room cleanup and never found it.

The space for all people.

Not completely not like, but the cons: - not enough cooking materials - no ironing board we could find - extremely cold water the last 2 days. We didn’t call support though, but 5 people had to do an ice bucket challenge or not shower.

The room was clean and well equipped. It is very closed to the tram station, which makes going to the city center convenient.

It is a bit noisy as I could hear my neighbours talking or hear the sound of water at midnight.

The staff, she was exceptional in helping us by guiding us when we checked in late and she also guided us when there was a sudden transport strike. Thank you very much for all the help, really enjoyed our stay. Regards, Vishwamurthy Lakshminarayanappa

Clean and comfortable, definitely a massive plus for iron in the room what is not really common in hotels.

A bit far away from the city centre but on the other side metro station is 8 min walking distance from the property and there is a big shop next to the station so it was quite easy to get to the main attractions.

The cleanliness of the room, the facilities, size, and balcony all great. Reception staff friendly. Our own secure access to the room via separate way in.

Location quite far from centre, but that reflects in the price. We used Italy taxi app, and found they were reasonably priced, and came within 4 minutes. The air con light is fairly bright, so needed my eye mask.

It looks like a small apartment with its own kitchen. I didn't use it during my stay, so can't evaluate it. The room turned out to be bigger than I expected which is very nice. It was quite clean, the conditions were quite good in general.

The shower is extremely small, it's not very comfortable to have a shower there. Even though there are a tram stop and a metro station nearby, it was a bit scary for a girl to walk there alone, especially in the evening.
