Everything was perfecr from the courtesy of the owner to the facilities and location right close to the railway station and easy reach to Ciampino airport. Exceeded all expectations.

Ideal if you do not have a car. Parking can be a small challenge at certain times.

We stayed just for few hours before a very early flight but I wish I could stay more! The place is really clean and modern, the owner is really putting big effort into making guests feel welcomed and comfy. Special thanks to the owner for helping us to manage the early morning taxi to airport late in the evening. The local night taxi services to the airport are a huge scam, but thanks to the owner we paid less than half!

Everything about the accomodation was great. For other travellers staying before early morning flights I would just suggest to handle the airport transportation in prior or ask the owner.

Beautiful place, if you're looking for somewhere to stay near Ciampino airport I would definitely recommend. The host was very kind and did all their best to help us get settled for the night and gave us advice on how to get around.

Excellent place to stay near airport but could also work as a base to Rome being very close to train station. Very quick bus ride and short walk to get from airport, self check-in. Breakfast is standard Italian b&b with coffee, yoghurt and packaged pastries, it's local custom. Absolutely clean, spacious, nice common area with kitchen and even washing machine. Wish we stayed longer and in warm season to enjoy the huge terrace!

It felt that soundproofing between rooms might be poor, so having arrived late we were afraid to disturb other guests. Although we heard others leaving at night it didn't disturb us.

A clean, crisp accommodation with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Convenient to the Ciampino Airport bus, a few minutes walk away. A cafe and a kebab shop adjacent to the property and a supermarket nearby. Host was responsive, with clear instructions on accessing and using the facilities. Water, coffee and light breakfast items provided. Comfortable, extra long bed. Good stable wifi.

The front door key and lock were hard to deal with, requiring several attempts to open. Returning the keys to the lockbox was equally difficult, again needing several attempts. The room is directly above a busy street and noisy at times. Earplugs recommended.

The most amazing host I ever stayed with. Excellent communication, easy self check in. Fridge stocked up with milk, juice, yoghurt and cold water; a choice of cereal, croissants and biscuits, plenty of tees and coffees. The property- spot on- all super modern, nice and clean Air-conditioning in the room was a blessing. Everything one may need. I initially thought the property was a walking distance opposite the airport . It's on the other side of the airport- 7 min drive, google showed over 1h by foot. Bear that in mind. But there is a bus service from 6am till late roughly 2 min walk from the property, the ride is €1.2. Out of those times a taxi €25. The host organised a taxi- Fabio to pick us up at 4.45am at the B&B and take us to the airport - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely stay again when visiting Rome in future.

In the Ciampino area, the restaurants or bars were all closing around 9 or 10 pm. But a good kebab place was still open right next to the property.

100 metres from the train station and the airport bus stop - couldn't be a better location for a pit stop the night before a flight from Ciampino. It's been nicely converted and it's well looked after. Shared bathroom and kitchen were both spotless and the bedroom was small but perfectly fine for a 1-night stay. Plenty of provisions for a light breakfast. Decent ristorante/pizzeria (Rosmarino) nearby and open late.

No complaints at all about the facilities. You get in by entering a code, which should be sent to you via booking.com. For me that wasn't done promptly, so that caused some anxiety, but it was sorted out eventually and it wasn't the property's fault.

I have traveled quite a lot and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. I needed to change the reservation more than once and the host was always very nice and helpful.  There was a small incident, where someone by mistake took some of my parmigiano from the common fridge. It is  something that could happen in every kitchen that more than one person is using and the host has absolutely no control or responsibility over it. Yet she went and got me another parmigiano reggiano cheese, 40 months old, in the next morning! I really felt, that the host went an extra mile and not just once but many times. Clean Everything was spotless! Even in the corners and in hardly reachable places everything was clean and fresh.  It is one of the first things that really catches the eye, the equipment is new, taken good care of and well maintained. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned daily, bed was made and sheets changed. I arrived to Pit Stop Ciampino from 4 star hotel and cleaning standards were much higher in Pit Stop Ciampino than in many hotels. Breakfast The kitchen is very well equipped with everything necessary and it is very convenient to prepare meals there.There is nice self service breakfast avaliable. I enjoyed yogurt, milk, toast, jam, croissants, coffee, cereals.  For me it was very important that coffee was always available, so even in the afternoon I could grab a cup of coffee and a small snack! The communication with place was always, fast, clear, polite and pleasant. Connections Location is very good, it is only 2 min walk from Ciampino train station, that has very fast and frequent connection with Rome town center. From train station there is also very good and cheap bus connection to Ciampino airport.  There are just three rooms and that makes the feeling even more home-like.  I loved, that rooms are on the first, not on the ground floor. Overall it was very nice experience and I recommend to stay there.

We stayed only one night here but it is convenient for the Ciampino rail station and also the connecting shuttle buses to Ciampino airport. The room was spacious, clean and modern with very little outside noise. The kitchen facility is shared with the other two rooms but this was not a problem. We had an early start to the airport before bus connections were running but the host organised a taxi for 4am that was punctual and the driver courteous (Excellent).

The rooms are accessed via two flights of stairs so a bit awkward with larger baggage.

This is a decent sized room with a shared kitchen area with free breakfast, juice coffee etc perfect for a short stay in Roma. We only stayed briefly for our final night as we were flying out from Ciampino the following morning. Ideally located by Ciampino station and dependant on flight time there is an airport bus. Great connections into central Roma and room is a fraction of the price that a room in central Roma would be. Went to a lovely pizzeria the over side of train station on our final night although the fast food pizzeria right by the station is great for a snack! Make sure you try suppli! Neighbourhood looked pretty safe when we walked around at night with plenty of restaurants and a big 24 hour supermarket. The horse racing circuit is nearby and also ancient Roman ruins. Would come back if I was going to stay in Roma and do some sight seeing. From getting off the plane you could be at your room in less than 30 minutes as the airport is so small. The room is modern and has a large bathroom with a great shower. Again the host is more than happy to help over the phone and you get the key from as security box by the door so can check in and out at any time after 2 so very convenient

For early Ryanair flights the airport bus did not run and the airport does not open until 4am. Nothing to do with the accommodation but bare in mind as you will most probably need a taxi for early flights. The owner is happy to organise this for you.
