The apartment was more than suitable even for a week-long stay, especially for the busy sightseeing type we are. A quick walk from the train station, the area is safe day and night, with a supermarket, fast food restaurant, bars and shops nearby. The terrace is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. As others have pointed out, Fabia is a super nice, considerate and helpful host, we got along easily. We also had the opportunity to do some washing and have some interim room cleaning done (anything else was neat by every afternoon). Hope to visit again!

The house was really cozy and clean. Everything neat. It is close to the Train Station and you can reach the center in no time. The bus to and from the airport arrives there. It is 12mins to the airport by bus and 20mins to the center by train. For concert goers to the ORION ARENA venue that is the go to place. Just 10 mins walk. You got BURGER KING across the road. Nice balcony with table. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. Will book it again.

Disadvantage is that the accommodation is far from the airport. When I was looking for accommodation, I looked for accommodation close to the airport, but only later I realized that the entrance was on the other side.also the room is probably for smokers. Unfortunately, the room smelled slightly of cigarettes

Nice place for a one-night stay, conveniently located near a station with easy access to Ciampino Airport (by bus) and Rome city center (by train). The host is very friendly. Breakfast is Italian—cappuccino and a croissant. Definitely recommend for a one-night stay!

Fabia was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast in the cafe bar downstairs served by the friendly owner every morning. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away with trains running regularly to the terminal in the centre of Rome (15 min journey). We would be happy to stay there again the next time we visit.

we stayed at Fabia’s place for a night. The place was very spacious, comfortable and had a balcony, 10 minutes away from Ciampino airport. Fabia is a very responsive host and the check in was smooth. Thanks for the great stay!

Good location near Ciampino train station, good connection with Ciampino airport - Trenitalia airlink bus. Very pleasant and helpful host.
