Very clean and comfortable. Host always friendly and provides good local knowledge. Nice rooms and facilities in the public areas good such as coffee machine

Nothing we didn’t like

This hotel was just supposed to be so i was close to the airport for my flight the next day after a week travelling Italy but i wish i had stayed here longer. Great location besides parking, lovely restaurants nearby, comfiest bed out of all the hotels i stayed in, Christos the owner is a great guy and incredibly helpful. He helped me find parking nearby and gave tips on the best places/times, he recommended the best restaurants nearby and which is best for each type of food - he even sent me them all on Whatsapp with a little reminder of which food to try. I stayed at some pretty high end places throughout my time in Italy and i have to say this was by far the best service, room, bed, etc.

Everything was amazing. Christos was extremely helpful. He sent me information about places to eat. They were fantastic. The location was ideal , plenty of restaurants within walking distance for accommodation. There is an outstanding gelato shop in the square. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed and a wonderful balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Very quiet street. We had no trouble sleeping. There is a communal area with coffee machine and kettle to help yourself anytime. We loved it so much, we booked our stay when we return in November, before we left. It is also good for travelling to Ciampino airport. Again Christos was very helpful organising a taxi for us, even though it was early in the morning. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing at all.

Visiting family in Ciampino so 5 minute walk to their apartment was great. Close to station. We flew into Fiumicino so had to travel in to Termini and out again but no great hassle. We had the superior double room. Good size, all facilities as needed, and very comfy bed. Surprisingly peaceful given nearness of airport and that our room faces the street. Location is of course very good for Ciampino Airport but OK for access to Rome (30 mins or so into Termini). 15 minute train ride to Frascati (lovely old town in the hills and home to very good wines!). Most people are likely to be there for one night so easy check in/out will be welcome. We were there four nights and were very happy. Use of the lounge/checkin area very welcome. Good array of coffee etc. Christos and his team are very welcoming and informative. We'd happily return.

I chose this property because it was close to the airport for an early flight home. It was very close. 5 mins drive. The room was really clean with a nice balcony. The facilities such as tea/coffee were in a shared lounge but the toilet was en-suite. The owner Cristos greeted us and he was a really pleasant man who spoke excellent English and passed on lots on information.

This was a one off but there was a street market/ festival on the streets surrounding the hotel. All of the streets in the area were closed to traffic and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. I had a stressful 30 minutes driving around before we were directed to a car park 300 metres away. This was not the end of the world obviously but a heads up would have been nice. Also carnival noise was very loud and kept me awake.

I had a great stay at Plaza Rooms Ciampino. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers using Ciampino Airport, as it’s just a short distance away. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essentials provided. The check-in process was smooth. The apartment owner was an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants. He even suggested useful tips for our stay and went out of his way to arrange a taxi for our early morning New Year’s flight back home.

Just one downside was that the shower may spill water across the floor if not used carefully, leaving the dry area of the bathroom slightly wet.

Our host Cristo was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations of where to eat. We opted for the slightly fancier family run restaurant and it was fantastic. They also offered us a taxi pick up from the airport at 25 Euros which seemed a little expensive. But it is not the minimum Taxi charge from the airport is 25 Euros, even though the Guest House is not far away at all. It would have been much nicer to have somebody meet us and it would have cost the same.

It's not a hotel, more of a Guest House and our taxi driver didn't know where it was. But it was perfect for our overnight stay near the airport.

We stayed one night because we had an early flight out of Ciampino in the morning. Christos was very helpful and friendly throughout. He kept in touch via WhatsApp and sent restaurant recommendations and information on the shuttle bus from the station to the airport - it's costs 1 euro 30 and is a 5 minute walk from the property. Please note you can only pay cash on the bus.

Only small things - The bed was a little on the small size and there was a large balcony out front but you couldn't access it.

The location was a short walk to the train station and a brief taxi ride to the airport. We were obviously staying there to catch the plane out but it was a lovely stay and we were made to feel very welcome by the host. He recommended a local restaurant which we really enjoyed and visited for both lunch and dinner. We sat on the small balcony and read a book in the afternoon. I stayed at the hotel before and caught the train direct into Rome, which worked very well for me. Also I found Flying into Ciampino Airport has its benefits because it is a smaller and therefore less crowded experience.

Nothing I did not like. The stay was more than as advertised. It was very good value and friendly visit.
