We stayed just for few hours before a very early flight but I wish I could stay more! The place is really clean and modern, the owner is really putting big effort into making guests feel welcomed and comfy. Special thanks to the owner for helping us to manage the early morning taxi to airport late in the evening. The local night taxi services to the airport are a huge scam, but thanks to the owner we paid less than half!

Everything about the accomodation was great. For other travellers staying before early morning flights I would just suggest to handle the airport transportation in prior or ask the owner.

Excellent place to stay near airport but could also work as a base to Rome being very close to train station. Very quick bus ride and short walk to get from airport, self check-in. Breakfast is standard Italian b&b with coffee, yoghurt and packaged pastries, it's local custom. Absolutely clean, spacious, nice common area with kitchen and even washing machine. Wish we stayed longer and in warm season to enjoy the huge terrace!

It felt that soundproofing between rooms might be poor, so having arrived late we were afraid to disturb other guests. Although we heard others leaving at night it didn't disturb us.

Everything was perfecr from the courtesy of the owner to the facilities and location right close to the railway station and easy reach to Ciampino airport. Exceeded all expectations.

Ideal if you do not have a car. Parking can be a small challenge at certain times.

Beautiful place, if you're looking for somewhere to stay near Ciampino airport I would definitely recommend. The host was very kind and did all their best to help us get settled for the night and gave us advice on how to get around.

A clean, crisp accommodation with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Convenient to the Ciampino Airport bus, a few minutes walk away. A cafe and a kebab shop adjacent to the property and a supermarket nearby. Host was responsive, with clear instructions on accessing and using the facilities. Water, coffee and light breakfast items provided. Comfortable, extra long bed. Good stable wifi.

The front door key and lock were hard to deal with, requiring several attempts to open. Returning the keys to the lockbox was equally difficult, again needing several attempts. The room is directly above a busy street and noisy at times. Earplugs recommended.

The most amazing host I ever stayed with. Excellent communication, easy self check in. Fridge stocked up with milk, juice, yoghurt and cold water; a choice of cereal, croissants and biscuits, plenty of tees and coffees. The property- spot on- all super modern, nice and clean Air-conditioning in the room was a blessing. Everything one may need. I initially thought the property was a walking distance opposite the airport . It's on the other side of the airport- 7 min drive, google showed over 1h by foot. Bear that in mind. But there is a bus service from 6am till late roughly 2 min walk from the property, the ride is €1.2. Out of those times a taxi €25. The host organised a taxi- Fabio to pick us up at 4.45am at the B&B and take us to the airport - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely stay again when visiting Rome in future.

In the Ciampino area, the restaurants or bars were all closing around 9 or 10 pm. But a good kebab place was still open right next to the property.

100 metres from the train station and the airport bus stop - couldn't be a better location for a pit stop the night before a flight from Ciampino. It's been nicely converted and it's well looked after. Shared bathroom and kitchen were both spotless and the bedroom was small but perfectly fine for a 1-night stay. Plenty of provisions for a light breakfast. Decent ristorante/pizzeria (Rosmarino) nearby and open late.

No complaints at all about the facilities. You get in by entering a code, which should be sent to you via booking.com. For me that wasn't done promptly, so that caused some anxiety, but it was sorted out eventually and it wasn't the property's fault.

The property is in a great location for the airport and easy to get to from Roma Termini train station. The check in process was very easy and the host very helpful. Facilities for self service breakfast were very good and a lovely terrace area an added bonus.

The bathroom has a step into it and another one inside that, although were marked with tape, we managed to trip over a few times, maybe some lighting on them would help.

Comfortable and clean B&B. Spacious rooms, comfortable mattress, and new, modern furnishings. Everything smells clean. In the morning, as soon as I woke up, I was able to make myself a cappuccino and eat some toast with jam, but there were other things too. Abundant breakfast. Exceptional, fast, and functional WIFI. In the center of town and just steps from the public shuttle to Ciampino Airport!

We stayed only one night here but it is convenient for the Ciampino rail station and also the connecting shuttle buses to Ciampino airport. The room was spacious, clean and modern with very little outside noise. The kitchen facility is shared with the other two rooms but this was not a problem. We had an early start to the airport before bus connections were running but the host organised a taxi for 4am that was punctual and the driver courteous (Excellent).

The rooms are accessed via two flights of stairs so a bit awkward with larger baggage.
