Friendly and helpful staff, spoke english, location near the train station Acqua Acetosa (for easy travelling to Rome), a supermarket near-by, very clean, the room looked just like in the pictures, great value for money.

Everything was great about the B&B, so this is not a critique, but a note for future travellers. It was a bit hard to get there from the airport-the only choice was getting a taxi that asked for 25€ for only a 3 km distance (compared to 30€ for getting to Rome). The ride-sharring apps don't find any cars. We didn't find a bus to Ciampino (even though on google maps looked like there should be one). You cannot walk on foot from the airport, because some portions of the road lack a sidewalk and in the summer the heat is hellish. If I were to travel again there, I would ask for the help of the host. He helped us with ordering the cab getting back to the airport when we checked out, but still a bit expensive (20 €).

Great and cheap place to stay near the airport when you have an early/late flight. Bed was nice and soft, room was clean and simple. The owner met with us, asked if we needed help with something. There was also a tiny kitchen in the lobby, where you can warm your food. There's also some biscuits/cakes and free coffee vending machine.

We went to bed around 9 P.M, because of our early flight and the sounds from the kitchen were quite loud. Luckily we were very tired and fell asleep fast.

It was very close to local amenities such as supermarkets, bars, snack bars etc.

The only thing that I wish could be improved the the position of the aircon. It was poorly positioned, hence it was blowing cold air below the windowsill. Therefore, the room was still humid after a while. Opening the windows helped circulate air better.

Breakfast doesn’t look like it had vegan options I checked in very late, didn’t have water all night so make sure you bring some before reaching the accommodation 😉

Ideal if you have to travel from Ciampino airport. It was difficult to get from Ciampino station to the place by public transport, there is very little service, the service is every hour or even more. If you go by car you will not have problems. The room is very spacious and the bathroom very large, everything very clean. The people who attended us were very kind and we were lucky that they took us to the airport. Thank you very much!

Good location, quiet place. If you want to get to Rome there’s a train station at 10 mins by walking. (The last train to come back close to 21:30) Good restaurants and a Supermarket nearby, only 2 or 3 minutos by walking. Thank you Marco and the Staff, it’s was a very good time in your place!

Nothing bad to say.

Marco, the host is very professional and knows how to pamper his guests. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes away to Rome Termini by train which is just a 10 minute walk from the structure. The ticket is just €1,50. Pizzerias and tavernas are just around the corner and the location is super quiet during the night.

The check-in is made really easy, so arriving time shouldn't be a problem. The stay was lovely, everything was perfect. The bedroom was nice and clean, with comfortable double bed with soft pillows and matress. The bathroom had clean toilet, bidet and shower, towels for face, hands and body were included. The AC worked without a problem, aswell the TV. The stay included decent breakfast to start the day with a smile, which included coffee and croissants, for those who like to exprenice whats local, there is a supermarket in less than 5 minutes away from the house. The location looked save, and on top of that - there is train station 3 streets away, from which trains goes to Rome Termini.

The person that accomodates us, Marco, was very friendly and helped us whenever we needed. What made me really appreciate him was the umbrella he gave us when we left just because it was raining and we needed it. It was his intention and he let us keep it, so that was awesome!

Easy to find, good location, quiet street and free parking a bonus. Good sized room and both it and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. Great to have the little kitchen and be able to use the fridge, hob, pans, plates and cutlery.

I'm English so the breakfast didn't really appeal, all a bit sweet for me but I was able to make tea and wasn't expecting to be able to do that. The a/c wasn't brilliant but completely comfortable when I used the stand fan and the shower attachment was loose and difficult to use but honestly I'm nit picking really.
