…I asked for a parking-spot,it appeared that the street outside the property looked good/easy to park. I was never told a spot or any car-reg,then at check-out I had to pay for ‘parking’ ….slightly cheeky I thought!

Very nice hotel for its price. Our room was very clean and comfortable! The stuff is very kind and able to help you. The bus stop is not far away and the neighbor is very quite. I recommend this hotel!

Poor breakfast, but it's fine.

This hotel is in a perfect location to visit Hadrian's Villa and Villa D'Este. It is also not too far from Rome, so if you're looking for a good budget option as a base camp for long days in the city, this is the perfect place. It's close to the train line to Rome and a bus line to Tivoli - both of which are easy to navigate.

If you want a spa, look somewhere else! At the moment, all they have is a dirty room in the basement that I steered well clear of.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Front desk staff was so kind and helped me make a phone call. Great value. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh Cappuccino. Quiet and centrally located but not right out on the Main Street. It was in quiet neighborhood

I should have booked the “spa” ahead. It was unavailable when we arrived at 16:00. It’s an area with hot tub and sauna

It was pretty clean and the staff was very nice. There was also a nice small breakfast with delicious pastries.

I didn't like the bathroom much as even though it was pretty clean and decent, it felt like an apartment bathroom rather than a hotel bathroom, with a few things that needed fixing.

The room was very clean and had a good terrace, where you could enjoy your afternoon or evening.

The breakfast wasn’t too inpressive. For example there were not any kinds of eggs, and there was only pre-made toasts with ham and cheese for bread. The walls are also very thin.

We booked this hotel to be close to Ostia. The room was decorated very nicely, we had a small kitchenette balcony and tea . The staff was helpful with luggage and showing around. Free parking on the street, arrived quite late but there were still parking spots available.

Great for the thermal bathes and our meeting with Notary, also found a great bar nearby (Craft)

Rooms are a little small but very comfortable
