Surprisingly for Italy the room was quite spacious, looks like after fresh reconstruction, well equipped and with the conditioner. The staff is opened and supportive. Good breakfast. Big and looks like monitored private parking. Quite comfortable beds. Cosy restaurant and place near the reception.

Some noise during the night from some working engine or something like a motor, probably from the cars parked behind the hotel. However it was heard only in one room. So not a huge issue, but somebody sensitive can be surprised. Some smell outside, so please don't open windows in rooms. The usual problem of Italy with bad roads to get to the place, however this is not a problem of the hotel, I've put it there just as a small warning for drivers.

Lot of parking space. Very kind staff - we ask for recommendation where we can go for dinner and and we get a couple of good tips. Hotel is very clean and it feels like new building. In the bedroom you ran find a movable mirror - is you move it you can see into the shower-corner in your bathroom :) Air-condition in the room with intuitive remote controller.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and this is affecting the quality of breakfast - we came about 8:30 am and eggs was dry and cold, but at least they have a plenty of others options to choose from. If you want a sweet breakfast you will be satisfy :)

We had some issues with our rental car when we arrived after driving from Fiumicino Airport. We had to return to Rome to get a new car, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful – they even arranged transportation and personally drove us back to Rome. So kind and helpful! We can truly recommend this little hotel – the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is just great. A really warm and welcoming place!

no lift😂, no refill toiletries, no laundry facility. out of topic: it was very sad that the nearest train station Tivoli was stop service, we have to wait train service bus, almost 1 1/2 hour waiting at the empty car park, just imagine we stand and waiting under the hot sun, quite disappointed with the public transport. hope to improve the public transport, we will visit and choose the same hotel again. thank you.

The hotel is simple and matches the purpose : stay overnight on long travel through Italy. People are invested in doing good, reception desk is friendly, the breakfast is well organized and offers various breakfast lines. Shower in the room is efficient, with a good temp and pressure control. Very pleasant after a long trip. Many convenient restaurants in within 15 minutes of walk.

Could improve sound isolation on doors, late arrivals and early departures are noticeable.

Modern spacious room with comfortable beds. Exceptional bathroom. Air conditioned. Close to the highway for those who want a one night stop over. Restaurants and cafes close by. Breakfast included. Lovely, accomodating staff, allowed us to check in early. Plenty of parking.

No complaints about the hotel, however with this location, I would only stay here as a stop over.

It's a good hotel. It had everything we needed, including Wifi and A/C. We arrived quite late at night but received a welcoming check-in and things went very smoothly. Parking is indeed free within the premises. The breakfast was rich, fresh and very enjoyable. It was a perfect place for our needs (first night in Italy, right after landing, on our way to Abruzzo).

Unfortunately the surrounding is perhaps an industrial area, with unpleasant odor in the whole neighborhood...It didn't bother us while we were indoors, and I assume the hotel staff have no control of that, but it was noticeable.

Clean, easy to find, it felt secure, friendly staff and decent room. The bathroom was lovely, shower excellent compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast selection was good too. This was a stopover between Tuscany and Amalfi and was perfect.

The bed felt a tad small and I didn't sleep that well.

what is NOT to like? Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely breakfast, quiet comfortable modern rooms with excellent AC. Plenty of good & safe secure parking. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night. Good food near by for dinner, and a nice cafe nearby with gelato, what more can be required?

Nearly nothing, only we did need to travel into the city and to the west side of the city, but nothing the hotel can do about that, the good parking and quiet nights sleep far out way any distance from the city. I suppose it depends on where you are going and how you are to get there, the drive was maybe 15 minutes in traffic, so not terrible.

The Gu Hotel is situated down a residential street, and offers free secure parking. It is a modern new building and as such everything about it was clean, very well maintained and in superb condition. The bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom, and it had all the facilities that we required for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was a self serve buffet which had a plentiful supply of everything that you required to set you up for the day. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay, thank you

There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like. They do not have a restaurant on site but the friendly helpful reception staff were quick to give you guidance to some nice places to eat nearby within walking distance.
