Very genuine hospitality from the lovely couple who run it. Our room was very small and had bunk beds but we knew that beforehand and we felt it was reasonable value for money and a really good budget alternative to staying in Rome which was just half an hour away by train (just €5,40 return). Rome by the way was spoilt by the heaving crowds: by contrast Tivoli is delightful and we far more enjoyed our day there than in Rome. Tea and coffee facilities available in the small communal area, and snacks in the room (there’s no breakfast facilities I believe).

Loads of stairs up to the b&b area (which is situated in an apartment block). Certainly not luxury holiday accommodation!

Great room on a safe neighborhood. Walking distance to train station (easy access to Rome), center, restaurants, and main points of interest you want to visit in this city. Comfortable for a family of 4. Free and paid parking options are close to the apartment. Would love to come back again. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 nights.

Friendly, helpful and informative hosts. Even though breakfast not included our hosts left us some snacks and drinks. Secure and convenient parking for my road bicycle. Easy to get to Rome via train station 200m away, and to walk into Tivoli town and Villa d Este.

Rooms a little older and small bathroom. Room on 3rd floor. But good value nonetheless.

There is no lift in the property so be aware if you have heavy luggage. The toilet/bathroom was snug. It didn’t spoil our stay.

This hotel is about 200 m from main pedestrian bridge and entrance to Gregoriana (waterfall) Park. Nice change from Airbnb to have private space. Quality building with terrazzo floors, AC, and private bath. The rooms are in second story of an apartment building. Very comfortable. Nice owners.

Great location, short walk to train and free parking. Short walk to center of Tivoli. Clean, comfortable, very friendly hosts. Parco Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este short walk, uncrowded, well worth seeing.

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful town Tivoli. The host is very kind, helpful, we got assistance with finding a parking place, and a discount in the restaurant which he recomended. He also prepared us small breakfast snaks, watter, tea and coffee. The room was awesome, big, clean and well furnitured with a very comfortable bed. Once we come back for sure!

The owner was so polite and helpful! She carried my luggage all the way and gave me the directions in detail. I loved the location as well. It was very clean and organized. I had everything I needed; a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, along with a clean room.

Free street parking close to the hotel, you can also park your car in a paid secure parking if you want. Clean room. There's an air conditioner.

Great location next to train station. Rome ticket cost 3 EUR and 30 min. Very friendly. Would stay again for sure.
