The hotel staff were really excellent - reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was regularly made up and everything was clean. The location worked very well for me - and is a short walk from one of the main bus and train stations making it very easy to travel across the city.

I appreciated gluten free options for the breakfast but would have liked gf bread to toast rather than crackers - a personal preference. I noticed that over the weekend larger tour groups used the hotel and found some of the guests to be quite noisy - but that is not the fault of the hotel.

All was good, very welcoming staff location is not bad just few bus stops to the Train station/metro Station. Family room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. Across the road there is a small supermarket and a place to eat or have breakfast with very value for money

The room is pretty dark as fixed shades filter off much of the light, complementary water should be a good idea.

1. Very pleasant stuff - all of them! 2. Comfortable and clean room with a balcony. 3. Tasty breakfast - omelet, sausages, bacon, cheeses, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, vegetables. And most importantly - different homemade pastries and desserts! 4. The bus stop is near the hotel, that is convenient to get to the city center.

Only one thing I didn’t like - the location of the hotel. It’s a really bad neighborhood. Old buildings that are needed to be reconstruct, non clean streets, lots of homeless. In a nutshell, not nice neighborhood view in general.

the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but it is close by tiburtina train station where you have multiple buses and metro. the reception staff was very lovely and helpful. rooms were clean, mattresses were comfortable enough for my mother who has back pain so well done.

breakfast was a bit basic and quite limited, not what i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. also, my mother got offended when breakfast staff assumed we were Russians without asking her first. I would advise to not only train your reception staff but also breakfast personnel some manners, politeness and some English.

We enjoyed our stay in the Best Western Blu Hotel Roma. The hotel was convenient for us and is located roughly 10 minutes from Roma Tiburtina train station by Bus/Taxi. We used Bus no 409 which is very near to the hotel to go to the station and then use the Metro for Roma Termini and the other Roman attractions. Public transport is good and efficient. We also managed to go to the beach using public transport. There is a lovely Ristorante/Gelateria just opposite which we used almost daily and a lovely Pizzeria/ Ristorante just at the end of the street for dinner. There is also a big super market opposite the hotel, next to the lovely Ristorante/Gelateria which was fully stocked with all food and essential items. We had requested our preference for rooms to be close together during booking and it was done for us. Very appreciative for that. The Hotel staff were helpful and they even booked our taxi's for the train station. A particular shout out for Mario at the reception who was very helpful and professional. He helped us with our queries and travel plans. Mario also suggested some local attractions and was were knowledgeable. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

NA- Keep up the good work. Just for info: The City tax is €6 per person, per day, do keep that in mind for the cost of the holiday. It can amount to the cost of a room for big families on a long break etc!

Andrea at the front reception area was welcoming and helpful! Any question or concern we had he answered with kindness and care. We would come back to Hotel Blu Roma because of how well Andrea took care of us. He welcomed us on the first day like we were good friends, took the time to give us directions to local attractions, and arranged for transport to the airport when we were leaving Rome. What a wonderful resource he was for us! Thank you!

There was a great little cafe/bar across the road where you could buy a 2 croissants and 2 coffees for 5euros. They also had food you could have for dinner at a reasonable price. Also buses were easy to get. You catch the 409 or 545 into Tiburtina and then get the metro into Rome.

I just didn't like that I was charged the city tax on top of my room charge when bookings says it includes taxes and fees.

A clean hotel, in a safe location, and, even if it is quite far from the tourist attractions, you can reach the center in 40 minutes by bus and metro. The very kind staff, especially Ciprian but also the other employees together with the manager of the location, Mr. Gualtiero made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was a buffet and more than what is served in hotels in Italy. Excellent coffee! We thank them once again and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Location. Not good for a leisure tourist that wants to see all the sights. Takes too long by bus/metro to get to city centre & back. Example: Trevi Fountain or Galleria Borghese. Better for business travellers. Good for business or a bit of remote work. Spacious with air conditioning that always worked and clean. Proper hotel not a B&B.

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was good. All in all a good place to stay even though a fair way from the centre. The train station right outside and good eating places across the road.

Location a bit far. Bonus food & drinks were cheaper and food was great at both restaturants!
