The location is perfect and super well connected by train, bus and metro. It takes like 30mins from the city center or even less. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small but nothing that would make your stay unpleasant. The owners are super friendly and flexible. You can leave your bags upon your check out and pick them up when you need it, they will open the door for you.

It is not that we didn't like it, but the breakfast won't be enough if you like to have a whole meal in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us because the neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants. Even for having a nice dinner you can find great options.

The location was great! It was near the metro station and high speed rail station. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size with a small refrigerator. The owner was very easy to talk with and understanding since I checked in late in the evening.

The room was spacious and the bed was confortable. The bathroom was well equiped with everything we needed. The room was quiet and very nice. Near the hotel is a good restaurant that opens only during the evening. The food was great.

I was surprised that we had to pay the city tax when we checked out, because I thought that it was already payed, but Simone explained that it was not so, and the explanation maked sense. Eherything was nice in the end. Thank you Simone!

The accomodation site was very conveniently located, close to the Tiburtina railway station (as we were able to take the train to Florence pretty easily after our stay) but also close to the historic centre (20-25' by the subway). Everything, from the cleanliness to the amenities of the room, was great. The breakfast provided was adequate.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk across the road from the bus and train station. The room was very clean and easy self check in. Staff were helpful at all times. Great breakfast was included and great options for one guest with gluten free options, very impressed by how many options were provided. Sweet little balcony. Highly recommend!

All great! The only small thing is that the coffee machine didn’t work but that’s all. Otherwise excellent!

It’s the perfect place to stay if you travel from Tiburtina station (2 minutes away). The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. The hostess was really friendly and explained everything. She also allow us to leave our language there for hours after check out because we had a late train. It is also well connected with metro (Tiburtina) and severa busses. The breakfast was fine. Not many options but all the basics you need to start your day. ( we went late and in our way out the sweet hostess also asked us if we needed a refill because some things were over) Best option at this price.

The accommodation was great. Very well connected to the city center, clean, comfortable, great value for money, a feeling like in hostel but with separate rooms for couples! Stuff was very friendly. Simone and the cleaning lady are the best! We loved everything! For a short trip and visiting a city, it is really good.

The breakfast is not my cup of tea, so to say, it is only sweets, but everything else was superb.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the train station and the bus station.. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The lady that welcomed us was super friendly and very sweet. I was travelling with my daughter and we both felt very safe at Relais hotel. This B&B felt like we were staying with family. We loved it.🙂👍

Walking more than 6 floors to get into house is a bad point for this. Air conditioning not working properly at the entry. Can be improved.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Relais Tiburtina, roof top apartment was clean, beds were super compfortable and the large terrace was perfect for morning coffee. Metro(subway)stop is 1minute away, we easily got everywhere we needed to go. Comunication with our host was very efficient, friendly and polite. They even let us keep our luggage there for a few hours after check-out, as we had an evening flight, so we could spend 6 hours in the city without a huge suitcase. For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more. In case you have mobility issue, please note that you have to go up one flight of stairs to the appartment, the elevator does not go all the way up.
