The check-in is at 10:30, which is rare. The hosts are super attentive and will go above and beyond to help you and ensure you are happy. The room was exceptionally clean and quite big. (We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi). Every room has a key, and you can safely leave your belongings inside.

The flat is near the last stop of station Triburtina. It is a huge plus, but some may dislike it because it's far from the center. But it was very comfy for us and we didn't mind.

Caos Calmo B&B in Rome exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculate and diligently cleaned every day, making for a comfortable and carefree stay. The highlight was the large hot tub - a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. Moreover, the B&B's close proximity to Tiburtina Station made commuting a breeze, and the friendly staff were always eager to assist, adding a personal touch to the experience. This is an absolute gem in the Eternal City!

We loved everything about our stay at Caos Calmo B&B in Rome

It was a nice place from the airport you can take a train for 8 euro per person to Tirburtina. Walking to the room is between 5-6 min. From the Tirburtina station u can buy a ticket for a week just for 24 euro and u can use all the metro busses and normal bus. Most of the locations are easy to reach. To bathroom looks good and the room is good too.

Shower changes from warm to cold every few mins. Besides that it was a really good place to stay.

Nice and clean room with bath in an upscale apartment with use of kitchen, dining room and balcony.

For the most part pretty quiet but a rule should be no loud noise after 11pm. Post in common areas

There was a shared kitchen with an other room even thought the room pictures made you think that it was kind of an apartment

Breakfast included - for us meant 400m away local bakery with one coffee and 1 croissant.

Stayed for one night only. Room we got was great. Had balcony and great size for a room in Rome. Make sure you text the owner your arrival time correctly, so you don't have to wait.

A convenient location near the main metro, train station and bus station. Easy to reach from the Airport. We were from Fiumincio. Take a train ticket from the airport port to Tiburtina to reach here and it's only walking distance. Then take 24, 48 or 72 hours a ticket to roam around Rome. The staff are also friendly.

Located a quick train ride to central Rome, with train line that access the airport also. Quiet and clean room with good air conditioning.
