Loved morning breakfast across the road and "Bakery M", it was very convenient. Elisa was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment I stayed in was well fitted out, with every travellers' need considered. So many hangers, hooks and shelves! Loved the modern feel, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. Note there is no laundry facility so if that is important to you it needs to be factored in.

Didn't love the suburb but in reality you pay a better price per night BECAUSE you are not in the centre of Rome. Convenience and efficiency of the train system, with Tiburtina Station approx. 10 mins walking distance, almost make up for the lacklustre surroundings.

Elisa was an excellent host, the property was very modern, clean and comfortable. Easy to follow instructions for arrival and she even let us leave luggage before and after our stay. Thank you so much! The local neighbourhood has lots of cheap restaurants and cafes that are delicious. The included breakfast consist of a croissant and coffee from a local bakery which is delicious. A perfect place to stay outside of the main centre of Rome and easy to get to public transport to do day trips.

The host was so nice, very diligent, replied super fast to any request or question on whatsapp. Overall the room was neat. Although there was no breakfast available in the accomodation per se, they redirected us to a close coffee/bakery spot that was very good! The cornettos were amazing!

It was close indeed to Tiburtina (train) station and had a bus stop at the front so you only had to cross the street. But it was quite far from the centre (30 min drive) so on a tight schedule it could either mean a lot of changes in transport mode or be willing to pay $$ for the taxi.

Rooms are super clean and bright, exactly the same with the display picture. At this price, this is the best option you can have in Roma. Only 5 minutes walking from Tiburtina station. Supermarket 3 minutes by walking. Breakfast coupon is provided. The owner of the caffe Bakery M is a friendly lady who can speak English very well. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was very nice, not noisy, very comfy, but as a minus, the “breakfast included” meant some vouchers at the nearest cafe bar, from which we could have in each morning only one coffee/cappuccino and a croissant (we would have liked a little bit more food in the morning). Also, in future, it would be good to put some disposable slippers, because the floor is a bit cold. Overall, we enjoyed the staying here.

Entry is via an automated system - very simple and easy to operate. Breakfast is via vouchers at a local cafe - it works !. Located about 7 stops on Metro B from Rome centre. Bedroom is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area (which we didnt use) was very clean and would appear to have everything needed if you wish to cook. Great communication (via Whatsapp) with the owner. If youre on a budget then this is an ideal place to stay.

Its a tight squeeze in the lift going up - but thats not the owners fault !

the property had a lovely view and a nice balcony. it was in a good location only a short walk from the metro at tiburtina and was very peaceful. it was very clean and had all the facilities we could need on our trip. lovely to come back to after a long day in the city centre.

The room was clean, fully darkenable, tidy, and probably furnished with new furniture. The check-in instructions were perfect and clear, and the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

In my room, the mattress was a bit worn out and sagged toward the center, but everything else was perfect

Short metro ride into the centre. Close to the train and bus station if you are planning on seeing other parts of Italy. Good facilities (such as a fridge in the room, breakfast tokens for local cafe, TV with Netflix and good wifi) , decent sized bathroom with a nice modern shower. Fairly small sized room but made for a great base, as we were out everyday seeing the sights.

The air conditioning in our room was faulty and would change settings on its own and spray water. We were only provided with 1 duvet/comforter when there were 2 beds in the room. I would have preferred to have had a key to main apartment building door, as I have been charged by my phone company for the calls I had to make with opening the door. I also didn’t realise it would be a shared kitchen.

The host is helpful and precise. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, was also very clean and well equipped. The place has shared kitchen which was always in a good clean condition. Also, they provide you breakfast coupons, but we never used them. The apartment is in a walking distance from a major transportation hub - central station Tiburtina, where you can catch metro or city bus, or any kind of transportation that can connect you with other locations in Rome or Italy.

The location is very far from the city center. The room was a little bit small. The apartment can be noisy if the rest of the rooms are occupied.
