The location of the hotel is ideal for travelers who have a morning or late evening train. There are both stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was neat, clean and all the necessary supplies were present. The air conditioning worked, which is important in such a hot summer. Also on the floor there is a refrigerator where you can leave food. And in the morning served a very tasty breakfast with coffee. Quiet, calm, not noisy.

The check-in process at the hotel was difficult. On arrival the door was closed, there was no additional information on the hotel accommodation in the booking. The entrance is not from the street and very complicated, through the house and several passageways, no signage, had to look for people on other floors to ask. Further the hotel manager did not answer the phone right away, it was very difficult to open the door, get the keys and check into the room remotely. Would like to simplify this process.

If you arrive late you'll need to wait 5 minutes for a person to arrive. You can get into the lobby as there are a lot of people coming and going in the apartment block. Phone up as there will not be anybody to hear the apartment bell. The room was great, clean, and comfortable. Make sure you have 2 pillows as mine was very flat. The breakfast is great, and I was given a pen and keychain. I am only here for 1 night as I am catching a bus, so it is a layover nit visiting Rome. If you're on a budget, then it is an 11-minute drive from the main train station. €11 ish. Get in the taxi queue asap. That seems the best/ fastest way to get on.

The location is near a train station, a metro station, and a supermarket. There are also some restaurants within walking distance so you have everything you need. Besides that, the room was decent and clean. The staff however was great and the Italian breakfast we got every morning delivered to our room was excellent.

The rooms are not soundproofed so you can easily hear if the next room guests are noisy. Luckily it wasn't too bad for us.

My room was quite neat and they let you use the aircon. The owner was very much polite and made sure I had all the information for the check-in. In the morning Anna packed a croissant for me,so I could bring it with me, because I was in a hurry to catch the train. It was a welcoming experience for a one night stay as a solo traveler. Also the central station is 5 minutes distance from the hotel.

Tasty breakfast, very clean room, great location (just a few minutes away from Tiburtina Station or Bologna metro), Lidl supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away, friendly staff, Mrs Anna was very nice:) Bathroom and beds are very very clean.

Walls and doors are very thin - if you wish to sleep in the morning, you will hear everything that is happening in the hallway.

Proximity to the tiburtina train station makes travelling easy. Breakfast was a nice mix of sweet and salty options and fruit. Owner is super friendly and even helped with the luggage. Late check in worked via key box with detailed instructions.

The elevator is really small and does not stop on every floor, so that from the groundfloor for example it’s necessary to either walk half a floor up or down.

The place is really good, the rooms are big enough and they have almost everything what you need. The clean lady maintain the place in perfect shape and the breakfast is really good and tasty. The place is also comfortable.

If you want to stay to visit Rome, it is close to one of the biggest stations, but to go to the tourist places takes up to 40 min by train, because you still need to go to Termini. If you stay is going to be at least three days, I would recommend you to buy the three-day or weekly ticket, because it is so far away from the sightseeing that you are going to always need it.

The staff were amazing and I’d definitely stay there again.Donnatella was amazing and waited for me out the front as it was dark and by myself I was scared. After I got the hang of 3 different sets of keys, doors and a lift, haha it was all good.

I stayed one night at the Titina B&B, I was welcomed by Anne, she's an absolute queen and ray of sunshine, it was such a delight to exchange with her, even with the language barriers, everything's was smooth. I was initially afraid of the location because of some comments, but I received the exact location on the day of my arrival, there's Tiburtina station at 150meters and you can go wherever you want from there.

The other clients aren't really respectful unfortunately and are loud, but that's not the fault of the B&B

We 've got the whole apartment, instead of room. Nice and clean. 5 min walking distance from Tiburtina Railway Station and metro station.

Wi Fi wasn't working at all from the day 1...although we've got password to use wi fi two floors below in lounge area...it is not what was promised.
