The location is great. Local neighbourhood, just three metro stops from Termini station, with restaurants and cafes that are not tourist traps:) property is clean, kitchenette in the room is great.

We got room right next to the reception desk, in front of the main door and let’s say the doors are not soundproof, so we could hear everyone and everything. We knew that the breakfast consists of a voucher for a pastry and coffee in a near café, and we have to admit that the pastry was delicious, but they should state it clearly in the description first those who don’t read reviews completely!:)

Awesome place. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. Coffee capsules were replenished every morning, and the coffee was really good. The manager, Ivano, was very friendly and polite. The location is very convenient — a 5-minute walk to the nearest underground station and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum. You can get breakfast at a café across the street (breakfast includes a coffee and a croissant — simple, but typical for Italy). Great place, totally recommend!

Twice during our stay, we heard other guests inside. It seemed like someone checked in in the middle of the night and was very loud. We couldn’t sleep well. It shows that the soundproofing is quite poor.

Location is good, 3 metro stations from Termini station and 3-4 minutes of walking after that. Room is new, spatious with AC, nice bathroom. There was a Lavazza coffee machine in the room with coffee and free cold bottles of water, which we really enjoyed. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is very safe and clean. I really recommend it.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but the owner told us that we go in the caffe bar across the street and to take coffee and sweet croissant there.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, only about 4 mims walking distacne away from Bolgona station and 14 mins away from tiburtina station. Rooms are nice and comfortable, grocery stores and local restraunts nearby.

The 'breakfast' only includes one bakery item and a cup of coffee, in a nearby cafe ( which is fine), however I think is worth mentioning in the description, to manage expectations as the blanket term 'breakfast included' can be misleading.

Breakfast I think should be more various, as well as the room service (food) menu.

The room exceeded all our expectations — spacious, cozy, and very clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was impeccable. The staff responded quickly and politely to any questions. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which is very convenient for exploring the city. I especially want to highlight the spacious and comfortable bathroom. I truly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome.

The location was good for traveling to the city center by bus or metro. Breakfasts were good, plenty of pastry to choose from.

The bunk bed was quite small, but for a short stay it was not a problem.

Amazing location, great quiet area, very well connected to the centre with the metro and busses with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned everyday. With the room i also recommend getting the amazing breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Employees are always there to help you with everything. Spoiler alert: you get free drinks in the fridge.

The guest house is tucked away on the outskirts of central, but the metro is a walk away. It was very easy to get around with metro so close. The room was clean, well lit, and quite spacious. It matched our expectations. The staff was responsive and helpful when we first looked for the entrance.

Make sure you tell the staff in advance when your arrival will be, or if you want to drop off your luggage. There isn't around the clock staff so if you show up unannounced, it'll take some time for them to greet you and guide you.

The staff and Ivano was super friendly and supportive. The structure worths the price. Very close to the metro station and Roma Tiburtina station.

The breakfast is very simple served in a bar very close to the structure. For those who want to be close to the city attractions, the structure is a bit far from the tuoristic zone of Rome and it requirs a long walk to reach.
