The neighbourhood is very good. It is close to a metro station and different bus lines. The AC in the room is a lifesaver.

The female shared bathroom could use some renovations. Whenever someone uses a shower, the entire bathroom section gets wet because the drains are poorly positioned. Guests should be advised not to eat inside the bedroom. One of the girls in my room brought pizza, and the room smelled like it for the following two days, since the windows remained closed because of the AC. The bunk beds are quite squeaky, and the occupant below's headboard light illuminates the bed above through its side, and vice versa.

The room was big and very clean. Beds with curtains and lockers( you need to bring your locks). There’s breakfast at a reasonable charge. There’s a common hall which is suitable for work. Staff is nice, especially Haneen, she was very helpful. I recommend it.

Though it is about 26 minutes by bus away from attractions, there is a metro station and bus stop 5 minutes from the center. You can take Bus 62 and visit most of the attractions. Also, it 5 minutes walk From Bus terminal.

This is my favourite hostel in Rome and it was a pleasant stay as always. It is located in a quiet residential area, the facility is fully clean and safe. Staff is nice and friendly.

As a person who has stayed there many times before, I have to say that I miss the shelf and locker separated from the bunk beds! That was very useful, much better than the current under-bed drawers. Also, I have to say that, in my room, there was a person who burnt incense on the bed every night, which was not only very annoying but also dangerous. I and another guest warned her, and I also informed the receptionist. It should be a rare case and such a behaviour is not the hostel's responsibility, but it should be treated seriously, as it is not so far from smoking in the room.

This is the second time I've stayed at RSC. The staff are super friendly & totally receptive if you needed help, ie. extra blankets if you're cold. The rooms are spacious & clean & with lockers. (I stayed in a female room w/ bunk beds). I like the neighbourhood, very safe & away from the touristy area, ample local cafes & bakeries. I used Roma Tiburtina train station, 8-min walk from RSC & safer than Roma Termini. I took the city bus & also Bologna Metro (about 20 min downtown) The breakfast was so reasonable @ 4 euros (museli, yogurt, sweet breads, toast, coffee & juice). Wifi in public areas was good. In the kitchen here's a fridge & kettle for storing food & making tea... and a small cafe onsite.

Wifi in the rooms wasn't so great (so I did my work in the public space)... Don't rely on the kitchen for cooking (but there's lots of cafes in the neighbourhood

The location is super easy to get to. Metro station is only a few minutes walk and It's a direct line from Roma Termini. You need to ride only 3 stops. The building is nice. The rooms are a bit worn but super clean and the bed shits are fresh. The mattress is so comfy! The staff was helpful and kind. I've forgotten my face wash in the common bathroom and they managed to find it after cleaning and return it to me.

The cafe in the hostel is weird. I was hoping to have a proper dinner as advertised on the menu. But I ended up paying 4,5 euros for a hand size pizza, which taste reminded me of student times :D Maybe breakfast and lunch have better options. I don't know.

The lady at the front desk when I arrived was so heartwarming! She explained me everything and was transparent about the situation with the contruction in the house and gave me another room (shared 2bed room instead of 4bed). Also there was a welcome drink which was a nice gesture but the choice of the drinks was very limited. Room was nice, Bed was comfy, shower was good! There was also a small kitchen to make some tea :)

There was no chance to leave my luggage for a few hours after the check out. So I found a place to hide it and left it there hidden and picked it up a few hours later :)

Staff was very nice. It was very clean, and the bathrooms and rooms were cleaned daily. The food was alright. A bit far from the city center of Rome, but it wasn't too bad with the metro. Very spacious rooms and big lockers. You could store your bags for free in a locked room after check out.

Very expensive compared to all other hostels I've stayed at with the same facilities. Probably not too expensive considering its Rome though. Only every other bed has a plug for charging, no shelf for your phone, nothing to sit up against in the bed. My pillow almost fell out of the bed during the night, because there is nothing at the end of the bed. The showers dont offer a lot of privacy.. there is just a small American western style door of about a meter in height, which just swings open, and everyone can see your head and legs while showering. There is even a gab of about 1 cm between the doors, so that someone could probably see your very private parts. But if you are going to Rome, and cant find anything cheaper with good ratings, this is a fine place to stay

The staff was really nice and welcoming. I slept in a 4-bed room with a private bathroom for us, and it was wonderful as everyone was respectful and quiet. The bathroom was nice and clean, everything worked perfectly. Lockers are free and big. There also was an AC in the room. The hostel is not in the centre but it is close to the bus station and metro, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, I slept in a room where all the beds are on the floor, so it added even more to the whole stay!

The locker I was given wasn’t closing with a key. Thankfully, the staff gave me another locker and it worked well.

The toilets and showers were very clean. I loved the automatic taps and availability of soap in the showers. The bed was quite comfortable.

The aircon in the room was kind of faulty. The air coming out of it was warm despite tuning the temperature, so the room was pretty hot sometimes. The shower doors are also very small, meaning other people in the showers can see some parts of you naked. However, during my stay, I rarely bumped into anyone in the toilet so this wasn't a concern of mine. Location wise, this hostel is near Bologna station but pretty far from any Line A metro stations.

Easy to find. Close to public transit.

Key card decided to stop working when I got up to use the restroom at 3:30am and left my phone in the room. Had to wait for staff to come back to give me a new key card. So just bring your phone with you incase you get locked out and need to contact them. I was ok to wait even if I would have had my phone. Just something to take note of with front desk not being staffed 24/7.
