During my 7-day stay at Hotel Santa Maura, the hotel was clean and tidy, with exquisite and delicious breakfast options. Every room features a balcony equipped with a round table and stools, perfect for enjoying night beers outdoors. A major advantage is the convenient location: the MC bus stop is right at the doorstep, and the Torre Sparccata Station (Metro Line C) is just 10 meters away. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and recommended nearby restaurants like **Paglia e Fieno**, **Cigno da Nadt**, and **Dar Chiappetta**, all of which offered delicious food. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay with a great experience.

It is very close to metro station, the staff is kind, helpful and efficient. Beds are comfortable and it is very clean.

There were no glasses in the room, we had to ask for them. It was a bit noisy since there were renovation works in progress. No fruit for breakfast.

I decided to visit Rome and chose this hotel. The hotel is located away from the city center, with access to the metro (it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the Colosseum), take this into account and the operating schedule of public transport in Rome. The hotel is good, there was breakfast - cheese, sausage, toast, scrambled eggs, oatmeal and sweets, as well as coffee and tea on the bar. The room was in the central building. The room is good for a 3 star hotel (if you are used to ideal hotels, then don't put minimum prices when searching =) ). The area where the hotel is located scared me a little, it is a little dirty, but this does not apply to the hotel, I think that life is different outside the center of Rome. Near the hotel, pizzeria and 2 hypermarkets. There is no kettle or cups in the room (please provide cups for drinking water), but you can order drinks from the bar in your room for a nominal amount. This is a good hotel for this price. The hotel staff is its calling card!!! Great job!!

Breakfast is plentiful and delicious (special thanks to the breakfast girls Nathaly and Giorgia for their attentiveness) Room and the hotel are clean and impeccable for the price The metro and the bus are close (they are also available at night..n11 or nMC will drop you off in front of the hotel, so if you stay longer in the city center there is still a solution) which is also important It is suburban, so the neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day At first glance, the area and the outside of the hotel can make you a little uneasy, but as soon as you enter, this goes away and the area is safe even at night...we tested it every day.

Small things that would make the hotel perfect Vegetables and fruit for breakfast (if we are already in Italy, this pleasure would be good) Hanger in the room where you hang the larger towel and coat (a couple of euro hangers that you screw or stick on the bathroom and bedroom door and you're done) two glasses in the room if you want something to drink You'll be fine without them, but they would raise the level a bit

The location, you have the subway station in the corner, Torre Spatacca, so you can go to the Rome center, do your visit at the museums and vatican city and return to the hotel in the night. One station before of Torre Spatacca station, in Alessandrino station there is a Carrefour Express. Also walking like 350 mts from the hotel there is a cafeteria and the restaurant Plagia e Fieno, a great place to eat pizza, pasta and wine for the house. The room was big, very comfortable, there was a refrigerator if you want to keep some food or drink cool, the bathroom was very clean an big. The staff were very kind, always help you with any problem or issue, they scheduled our taxi to go to the airport. The coffee is very good too.

Well, there was only one night that other guest arrived at 3am, and because the wall are very thin, we hear them, thw problem is that you hear everything, even if the other guest use the bathroom. This scenario only ocurred once, the other nights we didn't have any problems. But in general all our stay was perfect

Nice decent hotel to stay. It’s the type of hotel to just come sleep wash and go out the next morning to visit Rome. Best part about it was that we could leave our car in free secure parking at the hotel. Also its like a 4 minute walking distance from the metro. 15 minutes to San Giovanni. It has a hospital and markets near by.

Well depends on what you expect from a hotel. For us it was exactly what we needed.

The staff was super super friendly and even though there were renovations happening the hotel was very clean. It has a bus stop right in front of it and a metro station is also super close so you can get into the inner city in like half an hour.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming but it was still okay and the neighbourhood I think is not the best. Going back there after the Metro stops going is pretty difficult and I didn't always feel safe after it got dark

It is good hotel for this price. The breakfast was small, but good enough. Especially I liked freshly made coffe (espresso, Cappuccino etc) by hotel staff with professional coffe machine. Near hotel is nice local pizzeria

You have to accept, that from hotel to down town it takes 30-40 min with subway or 20 min by taxi

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were quite clean. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro station. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

One thing to note is that there is ongoing construction in the building, but the workers are not disruptive.

The staff was terrific. Alessandro was top - he recommended the best restaurants and was polite and helpful. Really close to the subway and clean.

The lack of towels when we checked in, but Alessandro took care of that problem for us. The walls were fragile, and we could hear everything from the other rooms. We were not accommodated in the hotel's main building - there were some rooms in another building, ground floor —no carpet on the floor as in the picture, but tiles.
