At a distance of about 35 minutes from the majority of Rome's landmarks, Stephano's place is a good option if you need a place to sleep in a quiet area and close to the subway station. You get a clean room, a simple but nice breakfast, a super friendly guest, a confortable bed and Rome's center at aprox. 35 min waiting to be explored.

Few things to say here. Maybe I would mention the wood staircase that is making quite a noise in the night when someone's coming late at the room. Some of the furniture might need a refresh. And maybe it would be nice to have more hygiene products at the bath. But non of this is a deal breaker. I will stay in the same place if i'll return to Rome some day.

We liked this place most of all our other places we stood during our trip to Italy. The accommodation was really cozy, the host friendly and pleasant. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was also nice. Though the location was a bit far from the center, the metro station is in 6 minutes walk from it. So we really enjoyed our stay.

It feels like home, the owner was very helpfull, we arrived almost midnight and he was kind to welcome us.. The location close to the Metro and Bus Stop. Google direction will help you wherever you want to go. It provides simple breakfast that was really good for starting the day. The room are big, clean and cozy. It has air conditioner. Its easy to get food on neigborhood. Totally that was good experience.

Nice breakfast was included in the price, the place is located close to the metro station and grocery stores are close by. Very friendly owner.

If you plan to return to accommodation late at night from the central part of the city by public transport, the journey can be very long.

Extremely clean and well organized. Stefano was very supportive and kind. Nearby metro Mitri station and not far from the must-see in Rome. Breakfast was delicious with an extraordinary coffee and tipical italian "colazione".

Nice place, clean and tidy. The owner cleans the guest rooms every day and serves a breakfast with coffee or cappuccino. The only thing we got was a different room than we booked and which was in the photos, however the room price and standard did not differ much from the one in the pictures, so it was fine. The apartment is very close to the metro station which is the best transport in Rome. A place definitely worth recommending :)

Veri good accommodation, clean and tidy. Host was nice and friendly. Rooms are small and super clean with everything you need. Nice Italian breakfast is a plus.

Good communication with city center using metro

The room on the ground floor is right next to the breakfast area. If other guests start their breakfast earlier than you, they will surely wake you up.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned every day and was very cosy which helped during the very hot days. The owner vas very nice and helped us with everything.

it was very clean, the bathroom was very nice and modern, it was great to have a place to make a hot drink, reheat something in the microwave, sit in the downstairs area or even outside at the tables provided. Stefano was very prompt to answer enquiries and very pleasant.

a major problem is parking. especially in the evening it's almost impossible to find a park. the place Stefano recommends to leave the car over night is several blocks from the bnb. the heating should be switched on for longer in the evening to thoroughly heat the room although there is a reverse cycle air conditioner to "top up" it's not very pleasant to sleep with.
