At the beginning it was misunderstanding between us and Lorenzo, the person incharge at the reception. I called booking and inform them, however, before hand Lorenzo helped us to get the rooms just as we requested and made it smooth for us to setlle in. We enjoyed our stay especially the breakfast and all the information Lorenzo provided us with for our stay. Informations the offered us were, good nearby restaurants to eat, easy ways to commute to Rome City Center, what atractions we can cover during our stay, maps to help us find our ways in town. Apart from that we could park our car down in the garage which was an extra spoiler for us. We appreciate the food and the genuinely hospitality they offered us during our stay. A general thing in Italy is parking places should be larger. Is easy to scratch a car and find it scratched because of the tight places for parking.

The hotel is nice. The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast has a rich variety and it's tasty. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom well equipped. Towels were changed every day.

The location is tricky because the closest transport is the train station Palmiro Togliatti. There is a tram that goes to Termini but it takes a lot (1/2 h). However around the hotel there are big supermarkets and a mini mall. Beds are a bit soft.

The hotel had everything needed, including toothpaste and toothbrush, razor etc… the tea and coffee was restocked in the morning. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The surrounding area from the bus stops to the hotel is awful. Rubbish/ people coming out behind bushes…The first night we arrived and walked from the bus stop it scared me a little. Towards the town / shops the area seems fine though and during the day I felt safe.

Beds were very very comfortable, we had great sleep every night. Staff was truly great and always ready to help. Breakfast was various and with plenty of food even if you come in between 9 and 10 (what is not the case in many hotels).

As others said, towels really need an update. They are so old that strings are hanging out and small crumbs remain on your body after you wipe yourself. Also, hotel is a bit far from public transportation (you will walk 1-1.5 km to closest bus/tram no matter direction you decide to choose) what can be problem if you come back to the hotel later in the evening. No any type of warderobe or safe in the room.

The room was spacious, breakfast buffet has good selection for €7 is good price. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Towels some are old😔 Far from airport please do not take cab to airport cost around €80.

The staff were great! very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. The hotel also had a bar to use. The supermarket was very close to the hotel as it helped us save so much money on water instead of paying €1.50 for each bottle, we paid about €1.10 for six water bottles.

Sadly, the hotel didn’t have room service. When we needed food or extra service, they only provided the morning meal. The towels were a bit thin and rough some looked very light yellowish. The previous person had a pet in the room as we accidentally found some animal hair in our room. We had to make sure we pulled the door to make sure it was closed or else after closing the door with a light tap, the door opened.

Firstly, thank a lot to Ms. Sara at the reception. She is so kind, helpful and tried her best to meet our all needs with detailed answers. The room is very clean and well equipped. Silent. The hotel is available to stay for both the vacation and business.

Unfortunately, Roma’s transportation system is catastrophic. Please be ready for meaningless instants.

Great hotel, rightly priced for the Rome. It has parking on site for free, but if you would like to park in the garage then it is 5 Euros/night. This is most affordable private parking in Rome. The hotel is only 12-15 taxi drive from Colloseum. It cost 13-18 Euros for the ride. Breakfast was very good, but is is additional charge. Staff is nice and friendly and they speak English.

Room and halways walls need a little bit of TLC.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. They let us to put our luggage after the checkout until the late hours and when we arrived for picking up our luggage we stayed at the hotel for 2 hours. There wasn’t any single detail for us to be upset.

Location is a little bit further from the city center, But there are public transport stops nearby (in 300-600 meters).

I liked rooms, exactly as in the picture, clean, tidy. Beds and sheets very comfortable, we had a good rest there. Everyday girls would make our beds and check on the towels. From breakfast the coffee was tasty, the variety of pastry was good. Some of the staff members were very very nice, but others behaved like we turists bother them)). The staying was ok per overall.

The hotel itself is not bad for the money, I would give 3 stars because the towels were old, different as material, no fridge in the room. I booked for 3 persons but all products in the bathroom and the set for the tea were provided only for two persons. The commute between hotel and city centre is awful. The area is very dogy, so the transport and walls on the street are in graffiti. I would say is far from city centre, especially when you walked all day. The breakfast was ok, I would say very small variety of dishes. Every day the same.
