Very good location, close to the metro. Closed underground parking available. Fantastic breakfast with delicious coffee and great assortment of food. , Always available place to fill bottle with cold water, which is very useful in summer. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the money!

The rooms were not perfect. Leaking shower, not super clean. But not critical enough to complain. Room cards were used for electricity and didn't work immediately, with lights being off for about a minute before they would work. Mini-bar is practically useless.

The location is fine. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is close to the metro station. The room was good, quite big and soundproof. We celebrated the birthday of my fiancée and the staff presented us with a bottle of wine. The breakfast was good, not a lot of choice if you don't eat sweets in the morning, but the staff was helpful to accommodate our requests. The breakfast buffet is not self service, you have to tell the staff what you want every time. The staff was very nice, always ready to help.

The floor of the room was not clean, the walls had some scratches and marks.

Very Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Located 4mins by foot from the metro. Seems a bit away, but in 15-20mins by metro you are in the center. The location is with families apartments, calm and safe with a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. Totally recommended than staying in Termini (creepy area with drugs, dirtiness etc )

Things with room for improvement: - The cleenness could be better, as for the room flor or the walls. - add more variety in the breakfast

The location is very convenient - very close to the metro station, supermarket, small local pizzerias and fresh fruit and vegetable market. Quiet and peaceful area in the evenings. The room - nice and clean with a very pleasant bathroom and a balcony. Room cleaning every day. Breakfasts - mainly sweet (very good), partly self-service - partly served by the staff. If someone likes a wide selection of dishes or very rich savory breakfasts, this may not be enough. Personally, we were pleased to have the opportunity to try typical Italian breakfasts. Vending machines in the lobby and gym (with cold or warm drinks)

The room could be equipped with coffee/tea making facilities. While vending machines partially supplemented this, there was no option for tea lovers (of course tea during breakfast was available).

Good location, near metro station, friendly staff.

Lack of cleaniness, had a room with a balcony and it was all filled with sand and dust, had to clean myself to sit. Spontaneously driping shower head, it was very loud and disturbed the sleep. Poor breakfast- egg omelette, sausages and bacon and everything was cold, two mornings in a row. All the rest was sweets- pastry, which was nice.

Everything is great : location, facilities etc. simply but has everything necessary.

The only thing that needs improvement I would say is communication. The hotel has a kitchen and that would be really helpful for us since we travel with a baby but we weren’t informed about it at the reception during check in. We only found out about it on our last day of stay and used it (it has everything needed which is awesome). Please, guys let people know that you have these cool areas ❤️

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the shower is amazing (great water pressure!). Having a gym and breakfast each morning was really great, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes pastries, made-to-order coffee, as well as made-to-order items like vegetables and eggs. A 3 minute walk to the metro stop. Note that this hotel also provides student housing, so there were lots of students around.

It is definitely far from the city center. The trains come only around every 10 minutes, and its around 15 minutes to Colosseum from the metro stop. Another 20 minute walk or bus ride to the other main sites. The metro and bus were almost always packed, so its not all that comfortable. None of this is the fault of the hotel, just something to note for guests looking to tour Rome's main sites.

Clean room, homely feeling, airconditioning, balcony, beds were comfortable, bathroom was really beautiful and big, there was a fridge that you could use, chairs and a table on the balcony with a nice view, parking garage with basically straight access to your room without hassle, the hotel was quiet and everyone respected the silence.

Everything was perfect, we could not have asked more for the money, it was well above our expectations. When we visit Rome again, this is where we stay from now on.

Pietralata Metro A line Station A is few minutes away by walk. Suburb is safe no need to woeyy about it. Breakfast was fine everyday scrambled eggs, bacon, different kind of crusants, yogurt, cereals, fruit juices and hot drinks were available. Room was modern and tidy. I stayed with my family at the 6th floor and it was very quite. People on the desk were very helpful.

Rooms doesnt have a wardrobe with cover, there are enough shelves but doesnt have cover to close it. No kettle in the rooms. Also rooms doesnt have a safe, we dont think it is a issue but just letting people to know. The hotel is very close to metro station but almost takes 30-40 minustes to reach to popular spots.

room and bathroom: there is full-length mirror at the room and very good lighting, garbage collection and towels are changed every day; breakfast: the food is delicious (fresh croissants, scramble eggs); staff: they kindly fulfilled my request when I booked the rooms; location: very quiet, 2 minutes from the metro station and supermarket.
