The property felt safe and secure right in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The connections to public transit are top notch. Everything operated independently with codes provided for digital security and no need for keys or delays. The kitchen was convenient, and a mini-fridge in the room too. The bed was comfy and the bedding and towels were quality. I was very impressed!

The only note is that the scents used as perfume for the room were a bit strong as the space was enclosed. But that is a minimal concern as everything was clean and maintained, and I was able to air it out over the few days there.

Exellent hotel with wonderful hostess, kind and so helpful. Although our flight was late and the reception was already closed at that time, she came in several minutes when we had arrived and was always in touch during our stay. The location of the hotel is really very convinient and safe. There are many shops and cafes nearby; bus, metro and Central train station is in several minutes from the hotel by walking and you can get every place in easy way. The room is always very clean and tidy, also bathroom. There's lovely and cosy kitchen in the hotel where you can make coffe/tea and have breakfast. I recommend the hotel to everyone... Enjoy Rome with Suit Blue Style! Really good choice.

Hosts and staff are helpful with any issue, the room is clean and the bathroom is stocked; it's all as clean and well-furnished as a hotel room. Bed is comfortable, good location (I recommend getting a public transit pass if you're a tourist aiming mostly to go downtown, because it's next to a metro station that'll take you there in 5 mins!).

Could sometimes hear other people coming and going (faint though, not bothersome); the kitchen wasn't as stocked as I had assumed; it's close to a transit station but it's not central in itself. None of these are really disadvantages, you'll just be happier with your stay if you know this in advance.

Lovely room, there are other 3 or four more rooms in the facility. There is a small common dining area with a microwave, cutlery, paper towels, coffee/tea, etc and boiler. I could hear if people were in the hallway but if everyone was in their room you don’t hear anything Comfortable position, close to the train station and to bus stops. There are a lot of places where to eat or shop around the property

Getting to the property I had to wait for someone to open the street door because it opens with a key. Although getting to the appartment it was easy to access because I had the codes and instructions

The Apartment meets all the expectations as written in the description and shown in the pictures. The host Samuel is super kind and helpful and the rooms are exceptionally clean. All the facilities which are needed are available and the bed, bathroom, linen everything is clean. We were sceptical about our stay but we had one of the best experience of staying at this property. Spotless cleaning, smooth check in, silence at night, close to metro and railways, very comfortable toilet, useful small refrigeration unit, stylish touch in delivering the service, private air conditioning. Perfectly matches what advertised. I'll come here often

It’s cozy and warm plus every facility is clean and working well. I’m sorry I didn’t get the staff’s name but a really cute lady welcomed us warmly and she is so kind and friendly when we got back to the hotel everything we left outside were already settled well in the room. I would say she made us feel at home.

Everything was wonderful - the room had absolutely all amenities, the owner was extremely responsive and at our disposal for any questions, the room was cleaned perfectly every day. In the general room we had available a coffee machine and coffee capsules, tea, a microwave oven, etc. The place is easily accessible, communicative, 10 minutes from the train station, bus station and metro, which can be used to reach any landmark. We would stay there again.

Great location close to the train station which allows you to reach the city centre within 20-25 minutes. Contains everything you need for a comfortable stay for a couple of days. Good value for money!

There's a fish restaurant next door, so the building smells like fish. The apartment itself is fine. The TV and fridge didn't work so well.

Great location, easy to find. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Room was huge and very clean. Lovely bathroom. Communal kitchen was nice. Everything you could need! I was worried when I looked at the listing it would be too good to be true as it was exactly in the area I needed, but it was great! I would come back.
