The host is very nice and helpful and the neighbourhood is very good. They have the best ice cream in Rome near the apartmant called Gia Gelato and if you want cheap and nice espresso go to the caffe Inside out. The apartamnt is nicely connected to the city, by walking 1 hour, by driving maybe 15 minutes and by a bus 20 min. The apartamant has nice books that allow you to connect with Rome even more, bathroom is very clean they clean it from 11am until 13pm. We had a room with balcony and it was amazing for morning esspreso and night drinks. You have grocery stores and pharmacy near the apartmant and also if you want Burger king is near so the apartmant and neighbourhood has something for everyone.

Loud noises from the outside and other rooms so be prepared for that but its not that bad.

The location is at the center of the city with a lot of transportation around. One can easily connect to their destination with ease.

The room was very cold even though the heater was on that i ended up catching cold. The blankets were too thin for this season and their hot water was medium hot.🤧 We are in the cold season so they should try to increase the temperature of the heaters and the hot water.

Good and cheap place, quite easy to go to sightseeings as metro is in 25 min to go and bus station was also in 15 min. I also asked for earlier check in and the facility helped me a little bit with this, thank you so much!!!

Guy on reception told me i should cancel booking on a site and give him cash at a bit smaller price to stay. As it will help me not to pay tax. My booking was unrefundable, so if i cancelled it - i had to pay twice, i suppose. I find it suspicious.

Sadly I was late to the hotel due to a delay in my flight. The staff waited 3 extra hours for me to check-in. Great hospitality!

Everything was good, this place is very comfortable, tea, coffee is prepared for you, for guests. Owner of this place helped with every aspect of staying in Rome

The facilities and location are good, the place in general terms very comfortable. It would be nice if the manager had better manners. Given an error in the booking, he entered the room without knocking (We were sleeping), shouting and talking about very bad manners. They should be more polite and courteous, especially given the fact that they are working with people and we are paying for the service. They leave a lot to be desired in that sense, the rest is fine.
