Room was air conditioned, spacious, clean, great shower, comfortable bed. I loved the jasmine and other plants. Lots of room to sit outside on warm evenings. The bar was open late and that was great to have. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, helped organise a taxi from the airport with good communication, thank you.

You can hear your neighbours especially late at night, so bring earplugs. This morning on check out there was a misunderstanding with regards the taxi, the receptionist could have been friendlier - just smile - but it was resolved and we were on time.

The hotel is located close to the metro station, 4-5 minutes of walking. The rooms are nice and clean, the only disadvantage was that there were no windows, only a small one on the entrance door. Breakfast was good, unfortunately there were just a few things to choose from, the variety was not the best. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I fully recommend it if you plan a city break in Rome.

Breakfast was extensive in variety and plenty to enjoy. The location for us with a car was fabulous. 5 minutes from the metro which gave hassle free entry to all the sites. Cheap 1.5 euro anywhere within 100 minute limit. Accommodation just off dual carriageway easily accessed off motorway into Rome. Google maps good instruction but where almost last instruction to turn right be careful. You need to go on for another 10 metres onto a slip road then turn right into street and park just 30 metres on right. We were given parking off the street by the hotel for safe parking. Excellent

All good Staff very pleasant and helpful

Very good hotel, well maintained, good and kind staff, very clean rooms and clean linen, outstanding English breakfast, very close to Rebibbia Metro station, takes 15 minutes to reach Roma Termini, half an hour to reach all key destinations, calm area, lot of out side sitting arrangements to enjoy time, on same narrow road just in 100 meters there is a super market CONAD and many small shops next to it on main road (Pastry shop Pasticceria Benedetto is excellent), further another 300 meters on same road EuroSpin super market and Alice Pizza you will find, Alice Pizza Rebibbia is a must visit. Safe residential area, we moved around a lot during late night and very early morning, no issues. People around are peace loving kind. Overall an excellent stay.

The Wifi is a bit weak, you can access only if close to main door, hotel staff told they are fixing it, so I did not discount overall rating for it, else it is an excellent stay.

The garden was wonderful, the room sufficient large for all three of us, the alternatives for breakfast attractive for the price of 7 euro - the cappuccino amazing, blessed their hearts :). The personnel was extraordinary in changing our room (due to a technical problem in the bathroom) and offering support in airport transfer choices. Two supermarkets close to the hotel - useful for snacks. Close to subway - about 16 min of travel to Termini station .

The entry room door was not closing completely and being close to the entry in the yard we could hear all the guests coming in or going out of the location - unfortunately the hotel was full and no other triple was available. Be aware of the city tax - collected by the hotel at checkout - an unpleasant surprise created by the local authorities, not by the hotel - probably I missed on booking.com or at the reception where this tax was mentioned . Nevertheless, 4 eur/person/night for a 3-stars hotel is not something that leaves a pleasant memory in the last night in Rome. :(

It was so welcoming and has a cute little courtyard/garden hangout when you first walk in. All the staff was friendly, the room was clean and easy to get to. The breakfast was big and the area was great for both breakfast and to just hangout. The pictures match what you get!

I know it's been said, but the location isn't super ideal if you're looking for things to do. Within walking distance there is a great pizza spot (Pizzeria Ponte Mammolo) next to a little pharmacy, and a restaurant (Mozzico) attached to the athletic club which we ate at twice. They both were great and an easy walk.. but more importantly it's very close to a train stop and super easy to get into downtown Rome should you desire. As 2 female travelers the area was nice and we felt safe, just not a lot to offer. Which we knew.

Spacious room, clean. Near Rebibbia Metro station, an urban quartier in Rome. There are stores and supermarkets on the vicinity.

My room (and those on the same corridor) had no windows. The door is a "dutch door" (the upper part can be opened while the lower remains closed) and you can choose to open for light or for ventilation (there are blinds) Passers through the corridor can't help to see the interior of your room; as I said, there are blinds anyway.

We recently stayed at Urban Garden in Rome and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the metro and conveniently close to supermarkets and shops. The atmosphere was serene and quiet, surrounded by lush greenery. The highlight was the delightful breakfast provided, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay!

Nice and clean room. Extensive and good breakfast buffet / breakfast boxes to go an request. Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist was kind enough to assist us upon check in / check out, young men, speaks several languages. Thanks :) Would recommend hotel and would book this hotel again.

hotel is within 10 min walking distance of metro station , very convenient to travel into central Rome. Has a gated parking facility which was ideal for us to leave the rented car safely. friendly and helpful staff.
