The property is clean and is at an accessible location to the main attractions in Rome. You take the bus 81 from the stop in front of the Hotel and you can travel until Vatican City. The staff were really pleasant and helpful in providing all the services they could. The breakfast spread was amazing.

while we were there the temperatures were around 25 degrees Celsius during the day and it warms up the room. The hotel staff said they can‘t turn the air conditioning on due to regulations from the governmental authority. Since our room window opens to a happening street, keeping it open for ventilation during late night brought lot of noise inside.

Hotel is ok, far from center but has its own district with restaurants. Distance from Termini was ok to reach with tram, to reach city center you need to change metro. Room was big enough for our family, room had massage bath which was relaxing and girls in front desk were very gentle too

it is really far from all attractions (40-50 min bus),

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. We stopped for a night in Rome the week of our anniversary, and hotel staff decorated our room with balloons. The check in clerk was very kind and did not automatically switch to English when I greeted him in Italian—a very nice touch for a language learner like myself. The room was spacious and clean. Good products in bathroom. There's a pedestrian street behind the hotel with lots of restaurant options.

I know that this is a standard practice for many Italian hotels, but having to pay the tourist tax upon arrival is awfully clunky. This should really be a line item at the time of booking.

Large room, fairly quiet with both doors shut. clean - it has been renovated for the Giubileo, so it was much cleaner and nicer than during previous stays. Staff kind, especially the host at breakfast. It is a perfectly decent hotel, but rather bland and corporate feeling. Large selection at breakfast.

Shower was difficult to use - very low water pressure and difficult to get in and out because it's in a bathtub with a high side. Windows had to be propped open with chairs - they don't stay open on their own. Blaclout curtains fairly effective, though light comes in around edges. Also hard to keep curtains open - you have to use chairs. Breakfast has a large selection, but some items aren't well-prepared (such as underdone, rubbery bacon).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Rooms are big and comfortable. - Staff is very attentive and greets whenever you arrive or leave the hotel. That’s a nice touch. - Location is very convenient. - I really want to highlight about the reception staff lady who helped me to solve an issue that I had during my trip. Where my all phone data was lost and she helped me to communicate with my bank abroad and had the chance to make some calls to solve my issue which it really helped me a looooooot. Thank you so much for being kind and help your customers whenever they need. Congratulations to all of you. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Breakfast is very good and tasty. - Staff at the breakfast very attentive and kind.

Excellent experience.

After a long search for a place that was affordable, close to the center of Rome, and comfortable, I finally found this gem! I booked in advance and managed to get a great deal, making it an even better value for the stay. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel with a special request, and they responded promptly, ensuring that my request was fulfilled, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this turned out to be one of my luckiest finds. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, modern, and featuring a spacious bathroom. I was aware that the walls might be thin and expected to hear my neighbors, but luckily, it was quiet, and nothing disturbed us. However, my absolute favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. While it might not seem extraordinary compared to some European hotels, after staying in American hotels, this was a delight! The selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough—cheese, meats, scrambled and boiled eggs, vegetables, bacon, and more. But the real highlight was the bakery section. The pastries were incredibly delicious, and after trying various bakeries in Rome, I can confidently say they tasted just as good as those from a local bakery. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transportation made it easy for us to reach the train station and continue our journey. Considering the quality, comfort, and price I paid by booking in advance, along with the excellent service in handling my request, this stay was an incredible value. I would definitely recommend it!

I didn’t like that breakfast service starts at 7 AM. Since most museums open at 8 AM, I would have preferred an earlier breakfast option to allow for an earlier start to my day.

Clean rooms, great staff, great breakfast. Excellent location right next to a whole street where locals go for a drink and dinner. Every restaurant and cocktail bar next to the hotel cost 3x lower than those in the center. And football watching there was an experience of its own. However, would recommend taking metro to there as the train experience is not enjoyable in Rome. The stop near the hotel almost made us turn back :D

The only thing that the room was missing was the toilet brush. I know its weird, but its just a basic need to be able to clean after yourself, especially if you are living with another person in the room. Also, one day the we were not able to flush the toilet. 😬 but it was fixed immediately

friendly and welcoming staff proper air conditioning cleanness of the room and property

location is far however, there are many of shops and bars/restaurants around. The proximity of the metro station and bus 81 stop makes it not too bad.

A solid value for money hotel if you don't mind walking a lot. Stuff was helpful, rooms were clean and cozy.

Location makes it difficult to use any sort of public communication properly to get around the city. During our stay we ended up walking over 30 minutes to the city center on foot daily as that was the best way to communicate. Rooms had very thin walls, with a lot of noise getting through from next room.

Suite was in a quiet area with pedestrian street behind, which have lovely restaurants to visit. There was really big balcony/patio for this room. Extra ironing room in the hotel is a useful feature. Staff was friendly and responded to all the remarks/wishes immediately. Variety things for breakfast, nicely replenished even in the last hour of service when was very peaceful. Good job with housekeeping. Location of the hotel is for people who enjoy a bit of a walk to the center but it's worth it.

Just a small afterthought- waiting time for the room service was exeeding 30min, even if we requested something simple as bucket of ice
