Giacomo treats you like family. He makes sure you are comfortable. His recommendations are spot on. The B & B is in an ideal location with walking distance to most attractions aor a short metro or bus ride. It's also in a neighborhood that is out of the tourist area where many locals live. Oh, Did I mention that the B & B is spotless and clean! There are very good restaurants nearby and close to all public transportation. Breakfast is provided at a small bar 2 blocks away that was outstanding. We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip and returned for 1 night at the end, We will definitely return.

The idea of giving vouchers for breakfast to the cafeteria nearby is a great one. I makes you to go to the place you would not visit otherwise. The place is chosen by local for you, so it the best place in the area. The host is the most valuable asset of the place) There where a lot of different small things I liked, like the coffee machine and a microwave. Metro station is 10 meters away. 30 minutes walk from the center, so if you will always get home by feet if you are late for public transportation.

I would advice to have a ear buds as the streets of Rome are loud at nights and you are in the center of it. The place has no plastic windows. Bath robe would be a good idea as well (As you have to cross a corridor to get to your bathroom and a kitchen)

The BnB is greatly located and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The host Giacomo has been very helpful and attentive. He has great knowledge of the area and gave us suggestions about local places to eat around. The breakfast voucher is with a cafe close by which serves amazing coffee and croissant. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped with exactly what you need for a short stay. It is an amazing BnB with a very well kept common spaces. All facilities as explained overall very well equipped like cupboard with a lockable safe storage etc very functional. Overall it is beautiful apartment, comfortable beds. Recommended.

Me and one of my friends stayed there for 4 nights. I came a long way from Canada, and was so tired when I got there. But I rested well in that place. They treated us very well, so nice and the place was very clean and comfortable. the kitchen was really good and cute, they provided us with free coffee and pastries and juices. we were very comfortable. the location was really good and convenient for visitors. It was also really safe. and they also give you some recommendations for food places and places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay

This is a really nice place in a great location. It is away from the chaos of the main downtown tourist area while being right on one of the main city Metro lines. I found this very convenient for getting around. It is within walking distance of the very hip and upcoming Pigneto neighborhood. The room was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. I would definitely go back!

The only complaint that I have, which is very minor overall, is about the shower. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water would sometimes back up in the drain.

Host was great and welcomed me at the b&b with lots of details and helpful information. Loved how clean the whole place is. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. The room was just like the photos and I didn’t realize it had high ceilings which made the room feel bigger. Nice that host recommended restaurants, there’s a great pizzeria nearby! Access to metro is right outside building which made traveling to city center extremely easy. It’s a quieter area and made the stay very pleasant at night with little city noise.

Super location, close to nice local restaurants with delicious food. There is also small market place where you can buy cheese, cured meat, wine, fresh vegs etc. Just for try. You can also use kitchen if you need. Excellent friendly host and staff, always helpful with your needs. Very clean! Great atmosphere Tata’s place makes people and good vibes.

The B&B host warmly welcomed us. Gave us instructions on room, restaurants, attractions in Rome and etc. Gave vouchers for different cafes nearby for breakfest. Also gave us instructions how to leave baggage in B&B after check-out, because we had late flight back.

The property is on a main street opposite to Lodi metro station and also San Giovanni red line which connects major area is 2-3 min walk. room size was quite enough for 2 persons and it was clean. they have sharing kitchen with other guest with required things. James is also super cool to make you understand surrounding of property and other things to see in Rome with his suggestions.

Giacomo was the perfect host, providing useful information and tips about where to go in Rome, how to get there using public transport, and in particular where to eat. Communication was timely and easy. Free coffee and juice in the shared kitchen. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the B&B after checking out, given access after returning our keys, and were able to take a shower after collecting our luggage

The wifi signal/internet access was not always available in the mornings.
