The rooms are located in a very nice and quiet area with easy access to the public transportation which can take you to all the popular sights of Rome. The room was clean and cozy, a little bit smaller that they seem in the pictures but very comfortable. The check in and check out was very easy and the host was very nice and helpful with everything, he even offered us coffee and a small snack for free which was a great start before our daily excursion of sightseeing. Definitely recommended and we would choose it again!

Good location, not far from the Metro.decent restaurants around but you need to go to the other side of the city for the really good eats.

Host did not communicate which room belonged to us. We accidentally entered someone else's room while looking for our own. Additionally when going to check out, we realized we still needed the keys from the apartment to get out of the security gate on the street. Luckily we are a couple so my partner held the door while I went to return the keys again. I am not sure how you would perform this as a solo traveler unless the host is around or you are willing to prop the gate open with a bag and leave it there while you run around. Definitely needs improvement on the check in/out process.

The room (ours with terrace) was VERY spacious. Amenities and cleanliness were up to expectation. The property itself is very pleasant and well-kept. The common area is great - information on the transport connections from the property to the sights were VERY helpful since location is not that central. Provided snacks, coffee, refreshments are greatly appreciated! The host gave clear instructions for check in, though not immediately available at all times.

The wifi encountered some problems which we had to solve by ourselves since the host was not home.

Francesco is very kind, and the girls in charge of tidying up the rooms cleaned the rooms every day... By the way > excellently organized reception of guests, and guests have the possibility to leave and enter at any time, because they get the keys to the gate, the building, the apartment and the end and from your room. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge and small TV... Every day they replenished the amount of free coffee, tea, juice, water, biscuits and croissants for all guests... Francesco is available via intercom or phone all the time. The accommodation is still a bit far from the main attractions of Rome, however, it is close to the main metro A (9 minutes on foot), and buses that drive to that touristic part of Rome... but in the vicinity you have a smaller market, and there are also more shops and restaurants nearby ... simply live as a citizen of Rome, not as a tourist... Thank you Francesco for helping us to enjoy ourselves as guests of Rome..

We loved how secure the property was. We felt safe. It was very clean. the rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted, fresh towels, etc. The air conditioning was fantastic. The coffee machine was a very welcome bonus. The host was very accommodating and very quick to reply to any messages. It was very good value for money and close to the metro. We would definitely re book this property.

I felt welcome and at home from the first moment. Even though I went very early due to my morning flight, Francesco was willing to let me in the room, and at the departure day I could leave the luggage in a safe place there, and keep sightseeing until my late flight at midnight. Although there's no breakfast included, the owner provided a whole lot of goodies everyday, from water and coffee to sweet treats and fruit. The cleaning lady was always keeping the place clean, with a big smile. The hotel is about 500 m. from the metro station Re di Rome, which takes you to all the sites from the Vatican to the fountain di Trevi in a heartbeat. There's a supermarket, a convinience store and places to eat all around. I would highly recommend it all!!!

It was a perfect room, you just need to know that this accommodation is practically an apartment divided in 4 rooms, but all of them have private bathroom and also AC. Francesco is offering you free coffee, water and drinks and also some croissants and cookies.

Nothing, but i can add an improve for him to make the check in full self service, you need to call at the front gate for him to open via smartphone, but maybe in the future he can put a smart lock, like at the entrance of the apartment.

Great location, close but not directly on the main touristic routes. This means you are in a quite neighborhood, have cheap authentic food around and fast access to attractions by metro. The terrace of our room was splendid!

Our room and the property in general was very clean with daily housekeeping. However, they should pass the aspirator under the bed from time to time (the bed's lower edge is too low to get under it, so cleaning there necessitates moving the whole bed - I would change the bed frame to make it accessible for daily cleaning).

Property was clean and has some good vibes from the minute you come in. The host made sure you had everything you need just at the reach of your hand - various coffee and tea, bottled water in fridge as well as some snacks. Towels and sheets were changed daily. The internet was great. What I liked the most is the terrace, just big enough to enjoy mornings or evenings. The neighbourhood is nice and safe and filled with restaurants, bars and cafes and just about 30mins from Colosseum by foot.

Place was nice, location a in a quiet part, metro and buses nearby. Basically almost everything was fine

Got woken up all 3 nights of our stay. One night cause of some remote conversation in the common area by someone, altho i do not know if it was the owner (who was really nice and helpful). Other two mornings i got woken up cause some generator-like noise, audibly from floor above. It also started in the evening at some points. I don't know what it was but except that, everyhing else was good.
