We had a nice stay at the apartment. + The apartment was clean (really clean, just the way I like it) + Very good public transportation. Just a few meters from the entrance to the building, you can find the stairs down to the metro, which brings you directly to the Spanish Steps and Termini Station. The Trevi Fountain, Vatican, and Plazza del Popolo are also easily accessible via the same metro line. There are also bus stops nearby. The buses carry you to the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Piazza Navona, or Pyramid. + Good neighborhood. There are several places to eat food at reasonable prices. Several grocery stores in the area. + Nice kitchen + Warm (we were during winter, and the heating system worked smoothly) + The apartment is on the ground floor, very convenient for people with small children or mobility problems.

Easy to get to from the airport (we took a train from Fiumicino to Roma Tuscolana station + 10 min walk). Easy to get to Termini - Metro line A is literally across the street. You can take Metro to many attractions, but we walked to Colosseum area every day (~20 min) Old beautiful building with antique elevator. Modern clean bathroom. We needed outlet adapters for our US gadgets and Miriana found us some EU usb plugs we were able to use to charge our phones.

Wi-fi was constantly disappearing or weak. Self check-in wasn’t an option. Walls in the room can use some fresh paint.

Superb location right next to metro A entrance, though you won't need it to get to most attractions - Colloseum is 10 minutes walk away, Re di Roma is right at the border of the tourist part of Rome. But if you get tired after spending hours discovering Rome, you can just hop into the nearest metro station and be back home in 10 minutes to rest or change before going for a dinner. There is also a cafe/pizzeria "Zero" next door, so in the morning you can grab a cup and something to eat for breakfast literally 10 steps away! And for all other needs, there is a Carrefour Express one street away, and various stores and restaurants around Piazza Re Di Roma. The room itself was very clean, with a nice bathroom, with ample towels and supplies. Mini fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee set, some sweets - all customary amenities are here. The bed is very comfortable! And Miriana is a wonderful host, we arrived very early, before 10am, and we happened to met her at the stairs. To our surprise the room was already ready and we could check in immediately! She also left notes with her recommendation of attractions to see and restaurants to try in the room, and I have to say one of those - restaurant "Da Simonetta" - was a high point during our stay. We felt like we truly experienced Italy in that place, it was definitely not a typical tourist-oriented trattoria! I don't know Rome enough to say for sure, but I doubt you will find a better place to stay if you want to explore Rome, and the price to quality ratio is hard to beat. 10/10

Highly recommended! Miriana is a very kind and helpful host that also speaks excellent English! :) She has good suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Our 3 bed room was spacious for 2 people, spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, the small refrigerator and the double glazed windows that cancelled almost all of the traffic noise. The location is great, just by the metro stop "Re di Roma" and with at least two supermarkets very close. We would love to come back next time we're in Rome.

The mattress didn't really fit the wonky bedframe, but this wasn't actually a problem as we slept well, tired after walking around the beautiful city all day, every day :) Some hooks to hang things and clothes on is also always appreciated.

My parents stayed here a week in June. The apartment itself is very beautifully decorated, with comfy king bed and pillows, very well equipped and clean and super bonus with a wonderful city view. They loved a perfect location just 10 minutes by walk to Basilica di San Giovanni,only 2 minutes to metro station and bus station. But even more importantly, Miriana is an amazing host! Really helpful and she made our stay super!!! My parents will definitely come back!!Thanks for all

Great host, good location, nice room with a nice and clean bathroom.

It was a bit cold for our liking, but we made do with the A/C in the room. Booking did a poor job of underlining that we also had to pay city tax in cash at the property. You should pay attention to this when booking a stay in Italy

This B&B place is simply amazing! Everything has been absolutely fabulous, from the warm welcome by the landlady Mariana, the room itself, the thoughtful interieur, the perfect cleanliness to the ideal location close to a metro station, not far from major sigthseeing attractions. There were recommendations for restaurants, activities and other places to go in the room and on top of that Mariana was very helpful and always available for additional advice. Nothing less than superb !

We loved everything about the place! Miriana was extremely kind right from the start and helped with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and was right as displayed in our order. It was also very close to a metro station and there were many restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommend this place - it was the best we could hope for.

Wonderfull, very authentic decorated room. Every tiny bit of things chosen very thoughtfully. Lovely neighborhood.Great look outside the window. Perfect location - green area with playing spot for kids, lots of italian restaurants and small shops. But no so touristy, more used by locals. Next to the metro station which makes it accessible to basicly anything. Very close to the magnificent St. Giovanni archbasilica. Within a walking distance from Colloseo and many beautiful parks. Miriana was very helpful and gave us many useful advices even before arriving.

We read the reviews in advance so we were prepared that included breakfast wouldn't be what we are used to. Its basically a couple of croissants and coffee in a bar by the corner. For the convenience I would suggest to write it in a hotels description that it is a complimentary starter or Italian breakfast. So other guests wouldn't be disappointed. But we were ready and ended up buying proper breakfast from Ami poke across the Re di Roma park (Best poke ever!) or buying some super tasty and juicy fruits from the little shop across the street from breakfast bar. One of the reasons we chose this place was the closiness to subway station. Unfortunately it was closed due to the maintenance almost all the time we were in Roma. But thats of course not up to Miriana :)

Very nicely kept B&B in the heart of Rome. Getting to the many attractions was super easy as the Metro station was literally below. The host Mariana was of immense help through out the stay and gave us many ready-made recommendations as well as tips on how to make the most of our limited time in Rome. Breakfast was quite decent too and just round the corner. Very reasonably priced for a B&B this centrally located. Certainly recommend booking if you're a couple going there.

Slight noise from the street in the night as it was a very central location - but nothing to complain about as the benefits largely outweighed that slight disadvantage.
