We booked this B&B last minute as we had a change of travel plan and decided to spend more time in Rome. Price is very reasonable and host Silvia was very kind and nice to Whatspp me all the checkin steps ahead and followed up. She even provided lots of fruits, yogurt, juice and snacks out in the common area which was convenient! Room was clean with high ceiling so we felt spacious. Location is approximately 30-40 mins walking distance to the Colosseum and another 10-20 mins to the other main historical attractions. We did not spend much time in the room anyway so it fits our need. Area is safe even at the late evenings.

We had Room 1 and it was facing the main street so we could hear the busy traffic with ambulances and police sirens, mostly during the day and evening time. But seems like noises die down at night cause we could still have good night sleeps. They had the smallest shower we have ever seen - just enough to step in and out - very tight for even small people like our size! Also, there was no hooks or place in the bathroom for us to put our changing or even hang our towels.

It was very close to the metro station , the room was clean . Very comfortable the bed . It was nice you can have something to eat and coffee at the property before to go out. A lot of restaurants and shops near by.

The shower cabbin very very small , if you are a big guy , you have big chances to not make a shower. I am 1,50 cm and i am small and still was hard to have a shower. The lady from the cleaning very unfriendly, we speak with the guy from the property we can leave the bags inside early and she shouted at us we are not allowed. She was very upset when we told her we want to leave the bags inside , rolling her eyes because of us she can’t clean.

Perfect location, nice neighbourhood, a lot of places to eat just around the corner. Metro station across the street. Room was nice and clean enough, everything furnished and designed well ang quite stylish. Coffee was available all the time which was a real bonus.

We had previously read about the small shower in the reviews, but it is really the smallest I have ever seen (60x60 cm and door width 30 cm). It was fun for a bigger person to try to get in and out of it. But we made it :) Breakfast consists only of sweets.

Very good location, close to the subway to move fast everywhere- 15 min walking to colloseum. Pubs and supermarkets nearby. The room was cleaned everyday.

The noise from outside. The shower too small, difficult to get it and out, even if you are skinny. We had mold in room number 1 and a very bad smell all the time. Above the tv on the wall it was someting like a mark of some flood which looks very bad.

The host is just lovely, easy to contact, speaks good English which means a lot whilst travelling and can make all the difference. Great location- close to everything I wanted to see in Rome. The room is large, beautiful terrace where I ate my breakfast- breakfast was included and had such a great range of breakfast foods, the terrace was private and had a lovely view of the surrounding homes- made me feel like a local and could soak up what it would feel like living in this beautiful country. I also had the best sleep, the mattress honestly felt like a marshmallow in a good way wasn’t too soft and the pillow was perfect for me. I’ve stayed in many places and either find the bed too hard or soft but this was truly just right. I would stay here again a good nights sleep after travelling for a long time I’m so grateful for this place and glad I found it. Thank you so much ☺️

I had a great stay at this room. The location is excellent, being close to the metro, shops, and a children's playground. I especially appreciated having a balcony. The room was cleaned daily, and breakfast included delicious Italian pastries and great coffee. It was also convenient to have laundry facilities available. The host was very responsive and helpful. Location was super close to the metro - roughly a 2 minute walk from apartment to platform. The area has plenty of restaurants and shops (Zara is just a 5min walk!) and good vibes overall. The bathroom has a bidet as well which is a super plus point for us. Breakfast is quite simple with a selection of bread, yoghurt, cereal, juices and fruits. There is a coffee machine as well. Overall great stay will definitely book this place again if we ever return to Rome 😊

The kitchen doesnt allow any cooking so a bit of a bummer since we plan to save some cost by making our own meals.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice breakfast

The shower cabin was too small and there it not enough space to take a normal bath. What is more, outside the terrace there are many cats that poop there and nobody cleans this mess. The smell is not pleasant so you can’t really enjoy the terrace. Other than this - everything was perfect.

the breakfast was very basic. the room on the street was a bit noisy, but nothing too annoying. the bathroom is small but OK but the bathtub is very too small, not convenient at all for showering

I liked the location, it was close to the metro station and shops. The breakfast was readily available.

There was no clothes dryer available especially with the cold weather we had during the stay
