The place is so beautiful, modern, and spacious, one of the biggest showers we saw in Italy. Overall, one of the nicest places we stayed at. Super close to the metro and buses. Easy to transport into the historic center and must go places. Hosts messaged us to coordinate and they were very nice.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but this is a personal preference. The bathroom is big and spacious, the toilet and shower are separate, and the shower faces the room, just pointing out this can be a bit odd if you are traveling with a friend because it will lack privacy.

Host - amazing! Emanuela welcomed us with a coffee, a big smile and a list of places to go eat in the neighborhood and great recommendations about what to visit in Rome. She was always available on whatsapp, at any time, to answer any question. 5 stars service, she is wonderful! Breakfast - we didn't pay for breakfast as we wanted to be flexible with where to eat but she did give us a voucher for our first day there for free and we could use it in a nice caffe around the corner (coffee, juice, croissant). Totally worth buying the breakfast too if you are not a fan of big continental breakfasts and are ok with the quick Italian ones :) You also get a breakfast welcome package in the room that includes water, tea, croissant, jam and a bottle of prosecco. Area - absolutely lovely! Quiet, right next to the subway (Re di Roma station, 1 minute walk) for Line A that takes you across the city and you can stop at Termini or Barberini (for Trevi Fountain) or Spagne (for Piazza di Spagna) and Vatican. No need to change line, all is very quick and easy. Not too many restaurants in the Re di Roma area that I would recommend, but the host will give you a few names where you can find great food so follow her advice. The Right Place Guest House was lovely. Large room (Deluxe Double) with a window overlooking a quiet street. Comfortable bed with extra blanket and pillows. Hot pot for coffee/tea. All the rooms had access to a lovely dining room/lounge area. Safe and clean neighborhood. Great location next to the subway, restaurants and grocery store. Emanuela communicated with us via emails and WhatsApp providing all of the necessary information. Our arrival was delayed but someone was at the Guest House when we arrived. Requests were responded to quickly.

It’s one of those places that really worth the 10 grade! Communication was very good and the host was super flexible. The building is literally at the subway, the line with all the main atractions. Nearby you have Conad, Carrefour, Pam and a good places to eat and drink if you want to. The building is well maintained and the area feels safe. The room was cleaned perfectly and we appreciated the refresh during our stay (towels were changed, room areanged). Defenitely a gem if you find it available!

Good decor, nice location near bus stops, cafe’s, and shops. Ample room, with nice facilities. Both heating and a/c inside the room. We needed to check in a bit earlier, and the staff was very helpful. The cleaning crew was always very nice. Water, coffee, and pastries were available to us.

A bit noisy the street at night. There is an elevator in the property, it works pretty well, but as you need a key to use it, the first time with your luggage you will have to bring them up the stairs.

Everything, corrado who welcomed us was so nice he is really responsive, he recommended places to eat pizza and pasta when i asked him and they were both amazing, they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. The room is clean the location is amazing it’s in front of the metro station the location is perfect you find all authentic places to eat around with reasonable not touristic prices, and the neighbourhood is really safe There is a free espresso in the common area they have microwave they have a nice facilities in the common area, they though about almost everything you may need

The room was nice and cozy. We had a kettle and a fridge in the room. The service was very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, close to shops, bars and underground station.

The common kitchen is not well equipped. You can use coffee machine and microwave which is nice but there are no dishes or cutlery. The shower head was damaged and it was uncomfortable to use it.

The location is great, the metro is right at the corner. The room has everything necessary for a lovely stay. It is clean, the beds are comfy, the general area, although small, but is a perfect place for a quick bite.

We booked transfer with the Right Place, but it never showed up, we ended up taking a cab from the airport. Not many places are open at 7:30-8 in the morning in the surrounding area for breakfast. And in case they are, it will mostly be a croissant with coffee, bear this in mind if you prefer "English breakfast" instead.

Perfect location, very responsive owner, who helped us with everything we needed. Clean, cosy, well equiped room and flat. If you're travelling with family - near the guest house is a playground for kids.

It would be even better, if there would be some cattle or frying pan in the kitchen.

The location was super - a neighbourhood with nice cafes and restaurants, the metro station next door, a 20 min walk to the Colosseum. The room clean and tidy , very nice hosts . The coffee machine in the kitchen a real plus.

Can think of very little. For us this was ideal for our stay in Rome. In the summer the streets might be a little too noisy to leave windows open all night.
