The accommodation was located in a lovely residential area with plenty of local shops nearby, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Metro (line A) and also from the Appia Nuova (a good shopping street) - so, really convenient. The room was very comfortable, with a handy kitchenette area. The bed was blissfully comfy too. It was a luxury to have a Nespresso machine in the room, ensuring decent coffee as soon as you wake up (next time, though, we would like to have some little milk capsules too, for those who prefer caffé macchiato). A clever door mechanism activated by phone means that you don't have to worry about room keys. Both managers we spoke to / met during our stay were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this as a base for a short stay in Rome.

We had a problem with fluctuating hot water pressure, which meant the shower alternated between very hot / very cold water, and we had no hot water in the basin. However, the property manager was on it right away and called a plumber as soon as we notified her, and he was on the premises to fix the problem within 2 hours.

The apartment is very close to metro station and a bus line that took us straight to the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet offered wonderful coffee shops, few restaurants, and a large supermarket. It felt safe and friendly. The apartments we booked were both very clean, modernly designed, and well equipped. The AC was operating great, and there were yummy treats waiting for us 😊 The Owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed. We were especially grateful for his help with our languages on the last day!

The lobby and showers were a bit tight. But we got used to it and after a while it didn’t bother us.

What I particularly liked were the many small, beautiful details in the room. Fruit biscuits coffee was very good rusks and jam, the kitchen was also equipped with salt oil cutlery pots and everything you need in a small kitchen. The online service via WhatsApp was also very good.

The toilet and sink were so narrow that it was hard to wipe your butt

The room was modern and had everything you needed, access was straightforward and staff were really helpful. Not much going on in the area but really close to train station and metro so easy for sightseeing and good value stay

The room wasn’t very well cleaned, quite dusty and the safe didn’t work

The unit is close to public transport and a number of restaurants and convenient stores. Equipped with the basics to cater for yourself.

Needs a bit of maintenance.

The location was great, you could use public transport to go anywhere you liked. Also many supermarkets and great restaurants were near by. The room was small, but had all the necessary things, even bonus things like iron and washer. The beds were comfortable and the staff was approachable. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were no such things. Maybe there could be more dishes in the kitchen, but thats such a minor thing to bring out.

Breakfast kit was very adorable. Rooms were nice and clean. AC was working and everything to cook with was there.

Blanket didn't have sheets. Maybe it is a norm in italy to put a blanket between two sheets.

Modern, close enough to the city. Hosts where contactable through WhatsApp which was good and they were very accommodating when we asked for the room to be decorated for our arrival (engagement trip) and asking for the Wi-Fi password.

They bed linen had quite a lot of questionable stains, which was a bit gross. Felt like it could have been cleaner.
