The location is quite convenient, it is only a 7 min metro from Roma termini on the A line + 5 min walk to the property. We were a little lost on how to enter the property but found our way eventually. The check in went smoothly, the rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. They provided us with a safe to keep our valuables. There was daily housekeeping which we opted out of but is a very nice service to offer. They gave us some welcome snacks and coffee pods as well. The staff were very kind and helpful, offered us information on metro lines and places to visit. We could leave us luggage at reception for the day before our flight. They even called us a taxi to the airport. For the price, service and the location the place is overall amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing to note is that the elevator was pretty small to carry all our luggage so we had to do rounds but it was not that inconvenient.

Nice apartment, the lady who brought us our keys was helpful and friendly as our flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected. Very good location, lots of places to eat, supermarkets, bank and general stores, also near the Metro, very good location.

Tea bags were not replenished, no milk substitute to make tea, the signal/ reception for the TV channels was very poor. First staff member who I was communicating with about our flight being delayed wasn't very helpful in a stressful situation, the staff member who brought the keys to us was more helpful. Apart from this a pleasant time, would stay here again.

The suite was lovely and close to the metro train station. We felt very safe in this area. The host was very kind and helpful. On check in she gave us a map and explained where the attractions were and how to get there. This was very appreciated. The suite was spacious and clean with cleaning service each day. We were able to make breakfast and simple meals in the kitchenette and relax in the evenings in the lounge area. There’s a yummy bakery on the street called Christiani which I highly recommend (look for the blue and white stripped awning) and the pizzeria next door has very yummy vegetarian focaccia among other things. There’s plenty of supermarkets a few minutes walk away.

No slippers, bath robe, the floor was a bit cold for October. Not enough towels after the second day A bit of a pipe smell in the shower The suite was on the road side, a bit noisy even with windows closed. Check-in is available only before 9PM, and after this time, an additional 30€ cost is requested.

As my son lives in the same area, the location for me could not have been better. I think this is my 3rd or 4th stay. Check in was efficient and friendly. Good sized room. Most mod-cons, comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe with lots of hangars (so rare these days!). Internet was good and the kitchenette was useful. Shower was good if a little slow. Clean and tidy

Unfortunately we had to move rooms as the air-con was unsatisfactory for us in 37 degree Rome heat. The new room (9) was better but the air-con was old and very noisy. We managed to work things though by borrowing a fan (surprisingly none available at reception) from our son. The extractor fan in the bathroom was also very noisy.

Dea Suite Roma is in a lively neighbourhood, with easy access to Metro A and local amenities. That said the Suites are reached through a quiet entrance and inner courtyard, complete with a classic Italian 'cage' lift. We had two suites on this occasion but have stayed here before, prior to pandemic. The property remains of the highest order of cleanliness and friendly helpful staff. Communication via WhatsApp was quickly responded to and every need catered for. These are classic quality Italian apartments with very comfortable beds and daily cleaning which is of a high calibre. We will continue to use these when in Roma for the consistent high quality service and condition of the apartments, together with the very easy access to the Metro for 'doing the tourist thing'. I continue to highly recommend staying here.

It is difficult to say there was anything specific here as they are very homely and comfortable apartments. I am advised that they are undergoing a program of enhancing and upgrading some suites to be more contemporary, but to say there was anything we did not like would be incorrect.

Apartment was exactly as on the photos, roomy and comfortable. Properly cleaned every day. Beds were awesome so all of us could rest after long day of sightseeing. Also receptionist was super nice and helpful with everything I wanted such as help with public transport. I’d recommend staying here for everyone!

the smell of air conditioner or the street was sometimes unpleasant but it wasn’t a big deal.

This property is a collection of apartments in a single apartment building. The room we got was lovely. Nice decor, very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice shower and bathroom. The shower is slightly cramped for larger people, but it is a very normal/standard size and everything about it was nice to use, including quick hot water and decent water volume. A nice body+hair wash is also provided. Although breakfast is not included, the host kindly provides a few packets of biscuits and jam and they go a long way to easing the morning hunger in the initial days of a stay. There is an elevator to move through the building, though it is quite slow.

The location isn't super, but its not horrible either. Its around a 5-10 minute walk from the closest metro station and there are many nice cafes and restaurants around the area. A bit out of the way but that is understandable given the decent price. Although the reception times were stated to be form 9.30 IIRC, when we wanted to check-out on Sunday the reception was not open. However, we did not mention the specific time of our check-out upon check-in, and when we called the host on the provided emergency contact number they answered promptly, even on a Sunday morning, and advised us to just leave the key in the room and leave, which was helpful.

It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Great facilities.Super convenient location close to public transport. Excellent value for money. Lovely staff.

Unfortunately, the noise of the traffic at night made it difficult to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. I suppose that cannot be helped. The remote control for the air conditioning was not provided, even after the staff member who showed us to our apartment had noticed it was missing.
