The bed was pretty big and comfortable and the bathroom had all it needs. There was always some food to grab in the morning, e.g., different cakes, jams, nutella, bread, etc. The staff was really friendly and helped to make the check-in easy.

The duvet did not have a regular linen. Instead, it was covered with two simple sheets, one from the bottom and the other one from top, which made it inconvenient. The bed lamps did not work and the roof light was unpleasantly bright at night.

The owners did everything in their power to make the place comfortable and cozy: good breakfast with a beautiful kitchen exactly as in the picture, a well-decorated welcoming area and a very clean room with everything necessary for a good stay. It had everything for an amazing stay in Rome without being pricy, perfect for those who want to enjoy the city without overpaying

Everything was great

We loved everything. Metro station was close, there were lots of breakfast options, the room was very clean and comfortable. Towels were changed after 2 days, so that's a big bonus. Enzo was really helpful and kind. The suite is just like in the pictures.

Everything was perfect.

The place was exactly as described. It was very pretty, clean and we felt welcome. Location was nice, as it was not too far from the center of Rome and it was quiet. No noise during the night. Breakfast was amazing, the variety was very nice. We felt safe in our room.

Good location. Near Metro and airport train line, Ponte Lungo. Very clean. Еxcellenty equipped kitchen with all accompanying appliances. You feel like you are at home. The host was very kind and helpuf

Excellent small apartment with 3 rooms and communal kitchen. Close to Rome Tuscalona station and Metro. Some reasonable food close by. Clean tidy nice breakfast. Easy to find.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was super. Staff was very friendly. The caffe was perfekt. Everyday we had something in the fridge for breakfast. We could eat cake as a snack at any time. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. We had hot water all the time. The internet was great. It is a 40-minute walk to the center. In the evening we returned by taxi. It cost 13€ from Piazza Venezia to the Apartment. Only, there is no daylight. But in Rome you go to enjoy the city, not to sit in a room. Worth the money!

A very nice place, quiet and in a good location - couple of minutes to get to the nearest metro station where there's a line to get you to the most important touristic sides. A place was very cozy, an excellent breakfast was provided (Italian sweets, brioches and cornetti) and the kitchen was amazingly equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
