Nice place to stay during our family holiday to Rome, Paolo is a great host a made sure we were well taken care of. Walking distance To Ponto Longo Metro Station where the rest of the other stations were accessible to get to know all the Roman hallmarks (Colliseo, Galleries, Shopping, eating, and another Roman point of interest). Bonus points for the little macchiato machine at the hotel lobby. :) Grazie Paolo.

1st stay on our Italy trip and it was overall nice - host was kind and free espresso was included. Close to a train station.

Bed was okay, pillow was thin. Would be nice to have at least 2 pillows per bed. Also, bathroom leaked a few times - unsure from where but we found water on the floor.

The property was clean and well kept. We didn’t go in summer weather so was pleased when we realised the heating was on! The staff were lovely and the bins were emptied everyday. We were able to check in and out as we needed to suit our flight times which was a bonus. About a 30 minute walk away from the centre or a short metro trip / bus journey. We actually enjoyed staying more out of the way of the hussle and bussle. Shop opposite is really useful.

It can be quite noisy with the road and kitchen/communal seating so maybe bring ear plugs.

I chose the accommodation due to the area it is in whilst visiting Rome and surrounding towns. In reality it is about 7 minutes on foot to a metro line and a few minutes more to Rome Tuscolana station from where regional trains run to and from Fiumicino Airport and other destinations. The neighbourhood has a good mix of shops and restaurants and many supermarkets. The accommodation is in a yellow villa which is set back from the road inside a walled garden which makes it pretty private. The host was very friendly - it helps if you know some words of Italian - and was there each morning and evening usually until 20:00 to answer your queries. The bedroom with bathroom I was offered was generous for a single person. Towels and bedsheets were changed during the stay. An extra bedcover was added during my stay to help keep the bed warm due to the fact the central heating was not on yet - yes the room was a bit cold in the late evening and morning but it was ok. There is a fridge in the kitchen/sitting room and this is available to use to put your own food and drink as breakfast is not offered.

I was offered a bedroom at the back of the building which gives the occupant privacy but it was not tranquil. The railway line is close by and despite the shut window the noise from the frequent trains passing by until midnight and later is loud. Also the shut window is not sealed properly as one evening a lot of air was passing under the window. The water from the shower mixer was not remaining at the same temperature whilst showering even when the shower mixer regulator was left halfway. After turning on, the water would be very hot for a while and then within seconds become cold until I closed the mixer regulator. The accommodation has many doors to go through before the actual bedroom making it secure but the large set of keys the host gave were very bulky.

The location was perfect.Good connection with public transportation.

The first night we were in a room without much daylight, but after that we got a better room.

The staff were super helpful and kind. I had an issue with opening my door, even though the reception hours were closed. They came within 15mins to come help me.

The room was really nice with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was good for making breakfast and had cutlery for fast food and making sandwiches. The location was right by a metro station for easy access into the centre and there were a few nice resteraunts within a short walk as well as parks with aqueducts and the Apian Way.

The AC was OK but had to be on full blast to keep the room moderately cool.

was beautiful and spacious, host was so nice and when we were going to miss our train offered to drive us to the station! very comfortable and had AC which is amazing. overall very happy

it’s a bit out of the centre so if you want to spend a lot of time in areas such as the Trastevere area it’s quite far. also the shower head didn’t stay up very well

Place was neat and clean. Ideal for a solo traveller.

Did not spend too much time there to enjoy as it was a quick stopover.
