Quiet location (great for good sleep) but still close to the city center (15 minutes walk to metro). Nice breakfast, everyday there are the same options, but many to choose from (toast bread and buns, yoghurt, sausage, one type of cheese, one type of ham, one type of salami, butter, philadelphia cream cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, 3 types of cereals, milk, apples, kiwi, sweet bar - filled and plain croissants, pie, baked cake, automat for coffee, hot water for tea, juice). All the stuff was really nice, helpful. It was possible to leave luggage in hotel after check out and before departure to the airport.

There is only one big sheet for both people in double bed, which is normal in Italy but we didn't realize before arrival. They are making beds every day, so just count on that.

We absolutely LOved our stay at this hotel!! All staff was helpful and courteous, the room was large and comfortable, the location was Perfect! It’s easily accessible by metro, with a 10 minutes walk; there was work done on the metro so that disrupted our transportation plans as some downtown stations were closed, but it’s an easy ride from Toma Termini for Eur 15. We Loved the roof terrace and w joyed the copious breakfast there. We definitely recommend this place!!

The shower was a little small, which was totally fine for us but might feel small for bigger travelers. We could have used some usb ports in the bedrooms for charging phones.

The hotel is in a very nice area. Not central as we used it for medical reasons so we had to stay close to one of the clinics in the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it is very nice and safe. The outdoor area is small but really welcoming. Very nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The size of the room was perfect for 2 people and very airy as it had big elongated windows. The staff is super helpful and friendly 100 points for that and please keep up the good work.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation and I am sure it will be much better when it is ready. This hotel with some tlc would be perfect for a relaxing holiday not close to the centre but easily reachable by metro. This hotel has great potential.

This is a lovely hotel which had everything I needed, a spacious room with a powerful shower, fridge, wardrobe space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed chats with Salvatore in the rooftop bar whilst ordering a refreshing drink. Breakfast is simple and an optional extra. Typical continental style breakfast with some cereal options also.

I didn't like to see the hotel had negative comments. I was a little confused by those as I didn't have a negative experience at all. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially convenient for completing Caffarella parkrun.

Location was excellent. Bus stops right around corner, and a short walk to Furio Camillo Metro Station. Price was great! Great value. Facility is very nice and well maintained with good security. Staff in reception were great! Very much appreciate all their assistance.

Breakfast staff on terrace need to smile more. Actually, maybe just one smile would be ok. :) I felt like I was intruding every time I reached the beautiful terrace. I suspect as an American I accidentally created this uncomfortable environment by my own ignorance of local, Italian customs. If so, my apologies. We're still coming back. :)

Quiet location, not far out from the city centre. 15 mins walk to the Metro and 2 mins walk to a bus stop. Very friendly staff, their customer service was always spot on and nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and a nice balcony (not all rooms have a balcony). Hotel WiFi was reliable which is a plus.

The TV in the room was not a smart tv so was unable to log in to streaming apps such as Netflix. The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited.

The best people in restaurant, mr Salvadore made the best service in restaurant. We were in group of friends, he was very helpful and polite for us. He is the biggest adventage of this hotel. If you want to go to hotel and spend nice time in the evening I can recommend this barman and restaurant !

Breakfast has to be improved, quality of meet wasn't to good (especially during weekend). Small tomatoes weren't fresh all time. Lack off scrambled eggs, lack of fresh sausages hast to be improved. If quality and amount of breakfast is better you can go to.this hotel with no doubts!

Nice mid-size hotel in a quiet green corner of Rome, next to the huge park Parco della Caffarella (you can walk trough the park to arrive in the Via Appia Antiqua). Hotel has a private parking and a very nice rooftop bar, where also the excellent breakfast is served. Clean & spacy rooms. Several good restaurants at walking distance ("Cocceria Romana", "Good Good Pizzeria", "Trattoria Priscilla" on Via Appia). Metro station at 800m (but I walked to the center, Colosseo at about 3km). Very friendly personnel.

This is a gorgeous, family-style hotel with such a warm welcome, genuinely concerned and helpful staff, huge rooms, great rooftop bar with the world's greatest barman and all-in-all a home from home feel. I absolutely loved it. Simple perfection. A real bath too!

I chose it because my daughter lives nearby, but I suppose if you want to be in the centre of Rome (why would you? So touristy), then you might feel it was a bit far out? Though it's actually minutes in a taxi from the centre. Don't expect mega-luxury - this is plain, simple, clean, perfection.

We have stayed at the Romoli many times as it's location is near my Italian family. There is a lovely park nearby and you can either walk, use a bus or the metro into the city. The buses are just around the corner and the metro 10 min walk. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit and tomatoes and olives, which are my favourite! All the staff are very helpful and friendly

Room was a little warm as air conditioning had been turned off. October is the start of the winter for the Italians!!
