Tania from housekeeping . Professional, friendly and dedicated to work. Deserves promotion Maximilliano Concierge very helpful , advised us about visiting Capri which was wonderful . Always ready to assist and on the departure he escorted us to the Van . One of the rare friendly Characters in Rome Going back to the Hotel after a long day makes you feel going back home.

A taxi was supposed to meet us at Airport as prepared by the Hotel, No one was there . A bad start . 5 fours until we could get a VAN for 5 with luggage. Called the Hotel several times . They didn't care at all. Breakfast is limited. You have to be there at 7 to be able to fill your plate. Once any meal is finished no refurbishment. Service is also weak. They ask you what you want to drink but never bring it to you. Location is far from anything. Need a taxi, car or Uber especially for family.

Very clean and comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast with good choice to suit all tastes. Close proximity to Metro station. Short walk to Parca della Musica Auditorium. Supermarket next door.

A very enjoyable breakfast but personally found the soft dim lighting in the breakfast room uncomfortable and the constant piped mood music tiresome and irritating. Is this really necessary? Unrelated to the Hotel, the nearby Euclide train station that connects to the main Rome Metro routes should be used with caution. Very scruffy and poorly maintained with trains I can only describe as clapped out wreaks long past retirement. I should also emphasise that as a Tourist you need to be VERY aware of pickpockets while in Rome and extreme vigilance is needed - especially near popular tourist sights and on crowded Metro trains where we became victims.

Excelent location, couple of kms from Popolo, train station is just next door so you could be there in 3 minutes. But also several lovely parks around. Vila Borghese is not far and etruscan museum. Hotel has excelent breakfast and staff is nice, from the reception to cleaners. Special thanks to Tanja.

Rooms are clean and comfy, but some things need refreshing. Toilet seat was cracked, and I think electric outlets need a replacement. Also, TV is enormous, but no option to connect it to internet and use netflix or other streaming service, I coldn't even stream from my phone to TV.

Breakfast was excellent. All Staff were very professional. Massimo at the Concierge desk went above and beyond to get bookings for must see events and the Roof bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly. The quality of the food at Breakfast and the Roof restaurant was excellent. The hourly courtesy bus to and from the Hotel to the Spanish Steps was also most welcome - saving circa. 15-20 euros each time.

Very friendly staff and the location is quiet yet not far away from the main attractions

Room was not very spacious and the shower is not well designed as it kept spilling water outside

The breakfast was solid, standard for a hotel of this category, but not overly inventive. There were no real jams, like honey in a honeycomb, but that's obviously overly imaginative... no trace of Italian cuisine. There is an excellent shuttle that runs regularly from the hotel to the city center.

All night long, some hooligans chased a motorcycle without an exhaust. And another stupid driver of a sports car kept screeching his tires and there was no sleep. There are no police to regulate this. A homegrown Roman story... But the hotel is not to blame for this...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight — such a great atmosphere and delicious food. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even replacing the sofas with two single beds upon our request. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The only downside is that the hotel is about 20 minutes’ drive from the city center. You’ll need to book their shuttle service early (it fills up quickly) or use a taxi, though there’s also a train station nearby for easy access.

Room was excellent; clean and bed made up every day, enough towels. Breakfast was good, but ended up paying for breakfast didnt get as had to leave before started for return flight ; the restaurants were good and food up stairs was excellent; front of house staff really helpful, explaining everything and trying make sure everything OK for you. Only location was poor. Well outside Rome itself and off the underground route. Had to change once. Not biggest hassle but hassle when local train not running when needing it as it did twice.

Only location. Could have been nearer city for me.

We travelled with two young children (2&6), the premium room was very spacious (sort of as if it consisted of two small rooms together), clean, bright, quiet, perfect for our little family. There where plenty of cafés, a grocery shop, pizzeria and metro station right next to it. Kind personnel. The deposit is paid upfront and returned at the checkout. We paid for the tax purposes at the checkout.

I made my first reservation in understanding that I can pay for my stay at check-in. However, the hotel processed a card authorisation check which I didn't expect as I was not informed prior, and it was unsuccessful - my booking was then cancelled. I had to make another reservation and decided to pay in advance this time. I wish I knew a day when the pre-authorisation falls before it happened to avoid this situation.
