We had a lovely stay at your residence city suites. It was the perfect location for our family, as it was opposite to a lovely park and only a 15 minute walk into the main attractions. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the main areas. There is a tram stop directly outside the residence that took us to the Vatican in one direction and the Colosseum in the other direction. Thank you to the helpful and attentive staff at Aldrovandi. We will definitely visit again!

Large rooms with great view of Borghese Gallery woods Luigi (and Alessandro, too) on front desk was especially friendly and encouraging in my efforts to speak Italian. Raffaele in the breakfast room was attentive, and food choices were varied and tasty.

Not the hotel's fault but it was farther from the heart of the city than we expected it to be, so it was often a rather long wait for taxis to arrive to take us into Rome proper.

Very spacious and clean room with all necessary facilities. Location is quiet even being close to busy street and local bus stop is right in front of the hotel (all public transport is promt, simple to use and very cheap comparing to other big cities). Breakfast was tasty. Staff extremely polite and willing to help. Good shower pressure. There's also small kitchenette which was very convenient after binging Italian treats. Definitely would come back and highly recommend to others. Keep it up!

No major CONS. Just a few small notes to be shared: a bit small variety of breakfast with no differences of hot meals within all three mornings. At least one small bottle of water could be left in the room for free - that's essential need for us, humans and doesn't cost much. Most important - Please treat your own staff equally as guest: if they use elevator - let them proceed to their destination. We can wait for it to come back. Cleaning personnel doesn't need to step out with all the heavy racks just to SERVE us. We saw other guest and understand where this comes from, but slavery is far far back in history books. These cheap pocket "Lords" can act their hierarchies in their own houses :) All of your staff is doing excellent work!

The suite was more spacious than we expected and the facilities were clean and in good condition given the age of the property. The area is very nice, up-market less tourist feel. Nice restaurants close by. Roughly a 2km walk into the city which was a challenge with a toddler/stroller, We got loads of exercise in! We visited the zoo, and found a playground in the park opposite which was great. We wanted a hotel with a pool, and for that need we know this property was the right choice. The buffet breakfast was a good spread and yummy. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a good experience at Aldrovandi Suites in Rome. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Diane from housekeeping, who ensured everything was immaculate and comfortable. Rafael, who assisted us during breakfast, was particularly friendly and attentive. Will stay here again.

Initially, we were checked into a room that was quite horrible, but after we raised our concerns, the staff kindly moved us to another room which was significantly better in comparison. The cupboards in the apartment were old and would benefit from renovation. The bathroom was also outdated and could use some updating. Additionally, offering guests a welcome drink upon arrival would be a nice gesture. The breakfast choices were limited, and some of the dishes served during the weekend appeared stale and tasted old.

The hotel was beautiful,clean, we had a very big apartment room, with a kitchen, the apartment we had looked over to a zoo and a beautiful park with some free museums, the staff were so helpful, kind and always went out of their way on everything we asked. The breakfast was included and it was really nice. The tram stop to the city of Rome was just on the other side of the road, took 45 mins on the tram which was a good ride along to see many restaurants etc. they also have a pick up service from the airport which was 75 euros, I would recommend this Hotel every time to anyone looking for a stay in Rome. Rome is an amazing city, so much to see & do!

The hotel rooms we had were tired and dated. The hallways, carpets, around the pool and reception area are grubby. The breakfast was boring and the same every day. The pool only opens at 10.30am and closes prompt at 7.30pm - the pool guy gives you 15 minutes notice. There's no bar or space to sit in an evening. The pool bar is expensive for what it is. The staff seem ok but don't seem competent or confident. Quite a bit of lost in translation moments. For an international hotel it lacks professionalism. Booking.com do not tell you about €25 a day for 2 rooms city tax. An extra €100 on my bill. This is not what I would consider a 4☆ hotel 3☆ at best.

It’s a proper hotel property with on site breakfast room, pool and its own mini garden. It was clean and quite fancy though furniture and interiors of the rooms was a bit dated (but all clean and in working order). The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a very nice bath (rather just a shower which is the norm in Rome). A small kitchenette was also very useful. It was also a plus that there was a very convenient tram line just outside.

As I mentioned above, some of the furnishings were a bit dated. It was also a bit noisy from the trams as well as the zoo in the Borghese park which starts just opposite the hotel. However, nothing which really bothered us.

Fabulous location adjacent to Borghese Gardens and just a 10 minute walk to Piazza del Poppolo. This lovely and welcoming property offers warm hospitality, very generously sized accommodations, a hot daily breakfast buffet, and outstanding hospitality. We previously stayed at the Hotel Villa Aldrovandi next door ( currently closed for renovation) and while the two properties are quite different, this hotel is absolutely wonderful in its own way. The staff is incredibly warm and caring, the daily maid service adapts to nearly any time that works for its guests, and the feeling is one of comfort and relaxation. The building is over 100 years old and the beauty of its original architectural detail is lovely. It’s a fabulous value!

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome! I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The location was ideal — right in the heart of Rome, close to everything I wanted to see. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, super clean, and perfectly organized — everything felt thoughtful and well-arranged. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

No lunch or dinner available at the hotel restaurant — it would have been perfect to have some simple, small options for those days when you're too tired to go out after a long day
