The room was beautiful and had a balcony looking over the park and out towards the Vatican . It has the most fantastic pool which is free for guests and has a huge number of loungers. Towels are provided and the staff at the pool are excellent . The Villa Borghese Gardens are next door and it was a 15 minute walk to the Via Veneto. We did not need to use taxis but they are plentiful and cheap in the city. The hotel is quiet in a very prosperous area of Roma and the amazing zoo is just across the road, We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return

I was visiting Rome already for 4th or 5 th time but I didnt know there exists such an amazing Oasis in the heart of Rome. Extremely elegant, clean, high class hotel. Extraordenary polite staff, clean and decorated with the typical and charming style of Itally. The service is without exception, we lost our lagguage, they did everything for us, felt like being with friends. Also you can enjoy a swimming pool, especially if you are visiting Rome in the hot summer days. So you can have the mix of city trip with historical sight seeings and the relax away from the noisy center. Last but not least again many thanks for the amazing service!!!

All was perfect

The staff were all professional and charming , they made my stay comfortable and pleasant .

I understand that the hotel allows dogs on the premises but having them in the breakfast room and dining room especially without a leash was disgusting and unhygienic. And for this reason I won't be coming back next year .

Swimming pool and interior

Disturbing and laud personnel during breakfast. Maintenance during breakfast.

Staff were all very nice and the room we had was fantastic bed was comfortable and a/c blew very cold.

Went down to the pool the first day and were told there were no lounge chairs available. Looking around the pool area half of the chairs were empty with just towels sitting on them. Very Frustrating especially since they had a towel attendant. With limited space they should not be allowing people to leave towels to reserve spots and not be there.

No iron and ironing board in the rooms, and not allowed To have your clothes steamed or ironed, you have to arrange for hotel service

Pure elegance, great spa, excellent location, friendly staff. Hotel is top 3 Hotel in Rome in my book.

The upgraded rooms are nice, but the walls are thin as hell. You can literally hear your neighbours snore. Too bad they tried to make savings above comfort. The turbines/fans located near the pool, extremely noisy at night, no way to sleep with your windows open. It's like having a diesel engine running all night beneath your balcony.

The only thing is that there really should be one free bottle of water per day. I’ve never seen a 5 star not have this.

The pool was great and the pool staff were really great - attentive and professional. Close to Gallery Borghese. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and lovely.

The location is far from many things which we knew, but it’s also not very clean. There was lots of waste around the property on streets and broken glass as well, so not suitable for walks much.

Very Italian styled reception area with marble everywhere and bold wallpaper and paintings galore. Excellent outdoor pool with very attentive staff. Despite being up the hill next to the Villa Borghese park, there was a minimal view of the city from our 4th floor room. The room was fine with a nice balcony (not useable during the day due to the extreme heat. Good breakfast buffet. Spa was closed when we visited but is an extra cost facility. The staff (particularly the concierge and porters) were very helpful and friendly.

You really need a taxi to get to anywhere in Rome - taxis are not expensive in town so not a great issue. You do miss the atmosphere of Rome downtown by staying here. If I were just here for business and needed a restful location with a good underground garage, this would be the place. It is not the place to stay if you want to pop out for a walk and immediately see the Trevi fountain. The breakfast offered a service menu to go with the buffet but did not mention that this was a cost option. On one day, I was not charged for an omelette but the same omelette was €10 the next day. Overall, the hotel is expensive despite it being very comfortable.
