Small hotel with only 6 rooms (a plus in my book). Rooms were clean and spacious. 5 minutes walk fol Villa Borghese gardens. But above all stood Marco the owner who went above and beyond to help us. As we had to come to Rome because of a family emergency (hospital stay etc), he comped us a second room for the night, found free parking on the street for us, put another bed in the room for no extra charge, offered to upgrade us and when we couldn’t find a taxi - He jumped on his scooter and combed the streets until he got one for us. Amazing and inspiring service which every 5 star hotel should aspire to.

Marco is a wonderful host, the apartments are close to a beautiful greenspace in the middle of Rome with a beautiful hidden gem of a museum and zoo The area is quiet and safe. Restaurants are plentiful and the food is sublime. Close to all the beautiful sites Rome has to offer without the noisy street night life. Loved it, would stay here again.

It was a very clean room and a little larger than other rooms in Europe. It is a bedroom and private bath within a rental unit on the 4th floor of a palazzo. Marco was an excellent host and went out of his way to remain in communication with us.

The host Marco is simply amazing. He cares about his guests' experience, and is always available and ready to help. He knows his city and he knows how to treat guests. The units have recently been refurbished. They are clean and spacious and well lit. I'm very picky about pillows and linens - you can tell that Marco feels the same way:) There is a convenient shared kitchen with a large fridge. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate with a grocery store 50 meters away and several restaurants within walking distance. 10/10 I will definitely bring my family here again.

Location of the apartment is really great. Quiet place, comfortable sleep and very nice breakfast. A host provides really excellent service, support and advice pre- during and post- stay. We felt taken care of us all the time! It was really a material part of the overall great experience in Rome!

It’s in a residential area and walking distance to restaurants. Marco, was very helpful, he helped us from the airport talked to the taxi driver over the phone to take us to a restaurant near the residence because we arrived around 9pm. Then the following morning he literally guided us where to go from his place to rendezvous with ground transfer(walking distance)that’s why we only stayed for a night. The rooms are decent size it’s newly renovated and the bathrooms too. Thank you Marco will see you next time soon.

Very cozy and comfortable appartment near Borghese park in a quiet area. Next to appartment is a supermarket. Marco was incredibly friendly and helpful. He has taken care of us every day. Very late check in after midnight was not a problem. We will come soon again.

We so enjoyed our stay in Rome. Borghese Suite is such a perfect location! Our suite (we got an upgrade) was lovely, very clean, with 2 little balconies and a beautiful view! WOW! The breakfast was also very tasty, I already miss the vanilla croissants... We also loved that it was within walking distance of the main attractions but the thing that makes this such a wonderful place to stay is the host, Marco. He was extremely helpful, very kind and always there when we needed him. He also recommended us very good restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place!♥️

There’s nothing to complain about!

The space was incredibly comfortable and very modern. It was fabulous being in the middle of a residential neighborhood with a grocery a few steps away.

It is quite a distance from all the tourist locations so we spent a lot on taxis.
