Corinne (manager) has done an amazing job explaining everything we needed to know and providing tips to get around Rome. The bedroom was super clean and matched the description and photos. There are amazing restaurants nearby.

The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions walking (around 3-5 km). However, there are bus stops and metro stations nearby, therefore, it isn't a huge problem.

I booked the apartment through Booking.com, and it was spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. It was also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. Also the staff was friendly and explained the map for visiting the nearest tourist places.

However, I had an issue with the payment process. Upon booking, they charged around €62 to my card, and I expected to pay the remaining balance at check-in. Instead, they charged me the full amount and informed me that the initial charge would take 10-15 days to be refunded. This was quite surprising and not how I've experienced bookings in the past.

This place was absolutely perfect for our few nights in the city. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The spacious bathroom was a lovely surprise, and having two towels for each person was a nice touch. We appreciated the large wooden closet for our belongings and the small table for our suitcases, which made settling in so convenient. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. The location was delightful; although it was about a 40-minute walk to Rome's historical center, we still felt connected to the heart of the city. I actually preferred this, as it meant we could enjoy local restaurants instead of tourist traps. The area around the hotel felt very safe, even when we returned late at night. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable!

I liked the room, its value is equal to money you are paying. On top of that it's situated not far from most of sightseeings, close to market and supermarkets. The room was clean and bright. The staff was very kind and friendly, open for help. What I would suggest for future - just to not use so much deodorizer inside the room, as the aroma it is emitted was quite intense at the first day of staying. The rest was excellent! Big thank you!

Overall it was a good experience, good value. I liked the fact that it was clean, the staff cleaned daily. The girl at the reception (Corinne) was very nice, polite and smiley and we had a good communication before the arrival. The rooms are close to a shopping center (5min), next to a Pam supermarket (1min) and across the street from 2 very nice coffee shops Mammarella and Faro. Also, we very much recommend Al Forno della Soffitta, also nearby for lunch/dinner. Roma Termini is about 15 minutes away.

The accommodation itself didn't have many issues. The AC made a weird noise about every 2 minutes, like something is leaking, but maybe inside the ac unit(?). The location was not convenient for our needs. It is about 15-20 minutes away from any metro station. It is a great location if you are having business in the area. For us, as tourists visiting mostly the city center wasn't the best choice.

Was close enough but also far enough away from large tourist attractions to be in a calmer area of the city. The staff is very kind and will hold luggage for you if your arrive early or after check until you are ready to leave the city.

Our friends were in a room across the hall and we would run out of hot water if we both tried to shower at the same time . Either a larger water heater needs to be installed or have them on separate ones. Could hear other people in adjacent rooms.

It was Amazing staying! Location is great - lose to many historic places and in the same time in calm, safe and nice area. The girl on the reception (I’m sorry that I couldn’t remember her name) was so friendly, helpful and smiley that I felt myself so comfortable - I can’t even to explain!.. Room is nice, clean, warm, comfortable, especially coffee machine there - it’s big plus!… nearby restaurants, cafes, shop, stations! I’m very happy that I decided to stay in this hotel! Absolutely recommend!

The staff upon arrival were very nice and helpful, especially as I was a bit lost trying to find where to go as the rooms were found in an apartment complex. The room was a perfect size and in perfect distance of the attractions for a solo traveller like myself, the bed was comfy and the room/bathroom was clean! Complimentary coffee was also a very nice touch - thank you all very much, I would stay here again!

The only issue was trying to get into the building and finding reception, but apart from that, there is nothing else I can complain about!

Location was great. Nearby restaurants, groceries, bus stop all within a short walk. Comfy bed, clean room, helpful staff. Very quiet location and just a short distance to major attractions. Wifi was very good.

The only window in our room was to a darkened, enclosed alley...but if you are using this as a place to sleep it shouldn't detour you.

Very clean rooms, well organised, good location. There is a bus station 2 minutes from the hotel and from there you can go anywhere in town. The girl in the reception was very helpful. Overall a great experience.
