I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the rooms managed by Hotiday! The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. The location was perfect, situated right between downtown (via del corso and Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps) and the train station, making it easy to explore the city and get around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and great service! Hotiday had a whatsapp number where you can just message them for any need or inquiry, and they respond almost instantly!

Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and had a really nice scent :) They provided a coffee machine and an electronic kettle. The bathroom and the towels, also the room and the sheets were really clean. Wifi was fast, TV was working, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff (especially the older gentleman at the reception) was helpful and kind, they looked after my bag before check-in and after check-out. Also, the bus stop is on the other side of the street from the hotel, so I will definitely return to this place if I travel to Rome in the future.

Everything was better than I expected :)

The location was perfect for walking to the main attraction points in the city + there were multiple bus stops very close to the hotel. The room was airy and there was more space than I had expected. Everything looked clean and nice and I really appreciated the good lightning in the bathroom which most hotels never have! I also had a room with a really nice view which I enjoyed.

There was a problem with electricity, the lights didn't turn on when I first got to the room and I had to get the staff to fix it. The lights kept flickering throughout my stay but that didn't really affect my stay. It takes some time for the hot water to start running in the shower.

Excellent staff, excellent location, comfortable bed, comfortable room, good breakfast, great services offered by the hotel.

1) the toilet/shower had a strange smell 2) cleaning usually didn’t get rid of the smell 3) sound proofing did not exist - the shower next door could be heard as though in my bed

Very good hotel. Stylish interior and a very nice room. The room was very clean, had a coffee machine, kettle for tea. Attention to detail in the room, very good room cleaning service and very nice and professional reception staff made my stay at the hotel a pleasure. I recommend and I will definitely come back.

Perfect location, in area which felt safe for me as a girl being by herself. The stuff was lovely, helpful and always ready to help! Cozy room, with ac and nice design :)

Not always good WiFi connection, but it didn’t have any influence on my stay

Staff was really nice my room was ready early and I was in by 10am ready for the day ahead loads of places to eat around and a supermarket 2 seconds down the road

There was a 30 minute walk into town which wasn't bad but coming back to the hotel I always got a cab

Staff were super friendly and always happy to help. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was perfect. Exactly what you need after a long day. The cafe next door was also great.

The size of the room was pretty small, I did get a cheap deal online but it was hard to get dressed with little space.

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning, had all the necessaries, the iron and iron board really came in handy. The location was close to bus stations and 12 mins walking distance from the metro. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

I’ve been only once to have breakfast in the morning, and I asked the guy from there for a coffee , he ignored me and served the other people who was coming, and when I told him he become rude.
