This was our third time staying at Leon's place. The first time was at the suggestion of a travel advisor we used. The next two times were because we liked the facility, and we liked the location. Breakfasts at the hotel were excellent. The staff is great, the rooms are fine. Rome is big, so it's not easy to walk everywhere, although we did walk from the Spanish Steps to our hotel. We took a Hop On/Hop Off bus there. There are other places that are an easy walk also. Just for some other ideas near Leon's Place. There's a great ice cream shop across the street, a great coffee shop, Le Levain on Piave, and a really good restaurant, Al Forno della Soffitta, also on Piave, just a little further down the street. Down Venti Settembre, there is a church, Santa Maria della Vittoria, which houses Bellini's famous sculpture, The Ectasy of Saint Teresa. I knew of it before traveling to Rome for the first time. To find that church accidentally on a leisure walk was pretty unbelievable, knowing that the statue was inside. The statue, of course, is well worth the trip to the church. Some advice, the church has limited hours. Would we stay at Leon's Place a fourth time if we traveled to Rome again? Yes, we would.

I don't like rain shower heads. That's what our room had. Not a major issue for most people. It was for me. I would still stay there.

Good location, close to historical sites, walking distance. Staff are polite and very helpful, especially lady in reception Daniela. We didn't have breakfast included, so went only twice, as my child ate only two pancakes. It was cheaper to eat out, there are many nice places on the street going toward the metro station. We tried dinner in there as well, fresh pasta which my son loved. Room was spacious and comfortable. Spa was a very nice treat after all day walking. Power bank rent for free is a bonus too.

From the moment we arrived late at night, we were warmly welcomed by Matilde at the front desk, which made a great first impression. I also want to mention Luigi, Danielle, and Alessandro — all amazing staff who were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, extra clean, tidy, and stylish. It was also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated after long days exploring the city. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the train station. The Trevi Fountain is within walking distance, and a bonus tip — don’t miss the gelateria La Romana just across the street. It’s a must-visit.

Leon’s Place Hotel in Rome is truly a gem! The location is excellent, it’s central, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a stylish and luxurious atmosphere that really makes you say wow the moment you walk in. One of the highlights was definitely the spa area - beautifully designed, relaxing, and what’s even better, once you book it, you get the whole space to yourself. It’s private and peaceful, with no strangers around, which makes the experience even more special. The breakfast was another big plus: high quality, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re starting your day early or enjoying a slow morning, it’s a perfect way to begin. Highly recommended!

The hotel was situated in a very good location, even though Roma Termini Main Train Station was 1km away. It was fine, as there were many eateries nearby, with good food. The breakfast was the same though. Could have had abit of variations but it was fine. The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The frontline staff were always smiling and friendly whenever they see us entering/exiting the hotel. Room was fine with ample space. We were given the corner room and it was cosy. We really enjoyed the stay there. Awesome and Memorable Stay

The toilet - showering area was not too shallow with water seeping out to the dry area. We had to keep using the towel to place it on the floor.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is very well located, the staff is very kind and helpful (shout-out to Daniela, who helped me with my phone charger and made sure I could book the spa at midnight!) and the place is extremely clean and well decorated. The spa is absolutely fantastic and all the amenities work perfectly. Lastly, the rooms have a wonderful size (their "individual room" would be considered a double room in most of the other hotels I have visited) Excellent quality - price relation. Nothing that I disliked, I would recommend this hotel to any fellow travellers! ❤️❤️

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful with good knowledge of Rome, how to travel around and its attractions. The decor is quirky and classy. It was a real treat to have an hour’s private spa visit each day, especially after a full day’s walking. Breakfast was of a high standard with something for all tastes and items were replenished regularly. Would recommend Leon’s Place to friends and visitors to Rome. It offers good value for money too.

Our room was a bit hot as the air conditioning was yet to be switched on - however a fan was placed in our room for our use and comfort.

Overwhelmed by how nice this hotel was. I didn't pay a hefty luxury price tag so had minimal expectations but this was the best hotel I stayed in in Rome. The room was spotless clean and clearly well decorated. Bathroom was superb with nice extras. Service was top notch. The reception gives you free pocket wifi and a charger for the day which is great. Other positives: - went to the gym which has running machines and dumbells (max 10 kg and no bench) but enough for one night - went to the spa/jacuzzi which you need to book at reception but which is a nice extra - excellent & quiet aircon in the room - full amenities provided including bathrobe, slippers, and you can call reception for anything else you need and they arrived in less than 5 min

The hotel is not in the central part of Rome, but it's in a nice, upscale neighborhood with plenty of cafes and within walking distance of Villa Borghese. The hotel is well-designed and nicely decorated. There was a mistake with my reservation—one of the employees accidentally canceled it instead of another guest’s. Luckily, after a short wait, the receptionist realized the mistake and I was able to get my room. One nice feature is that you can book the spa room in advance and have it to yourself for an hour, which was a great option.

My room faced the road, and even on the fourth floor with the window closed, I could still hear traffic at night. The walls also seemed thin, as I frequently heard noise from other rooms and the hallway. (but not really a big issue). There were a few other small issues, like the shower design, which didn’t keep the water in properly, causing it to leak onto the floor.
