Location was good and the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant was lovely.

On check in they took us to a room that someone was already staying in. Then to a tiny room but they couldn’t find the key for us, luckily we then ended up in a decent room. The waiter on duty at the Rooftop Restaurant in the evening did not have enough help. It was not his fault that the service was chaotic! However the food and drink were excellent when we got some. But the manager should definitely sort out that problem!!!

Not enough shower gel for stay and this was not replenished when the room was made. Shower may benefit from an enclosure.

Clean and well presented room. The location was a little bit further away from the station and the city centre but it meant that it was a bit quieter. The concierge was really friendly and gave us lots of tips of where to go.

There was no fitness centre nearby or at the hotel. Also, being a little further away you had to walk a little further to all the attractions and good places to eat. The walls were a little thin as we could hear the upstairs restaurant in the morning.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was very fulfilling and the location was perfect.

We made reservations at the Hotel Restaurant, and when we came, no one came to us. No menus, no order was taken... no one even acknowledged us. We waited for 15 minutes and had to leave. The restaurant said they were very busy, but we were practically alone. Very disappointing.

The rooftop bar is the highlight and can’t be missed! It was so lovely to find such a great bar without having to go out and search for it. Our room was quite old and in need of a refresher but it didn’t matter much to us because we were so busy sight seeing all day. Good value for money- got a free drinks token as it was our honeymoon which was nice :)

Entrance is lovely, lobby is Modern with comfy lounging area good if you have a late flight. Room was spacious with modern bathroom - all very clean. Beds really comfy. Rooftop bar has a great view for sunsets & open until late. Hotel has a porter who takes bags up to room which is a bonus. Super friendly staff, 25 minute walk to trevi & just 15 mins from Roma termini which we got the train from FCO. Tip: get Lime E-scooters to save on taxis to sites.

Prices for rooftop bar drinks could have been slightly cheaper but I guess you’re paying for the view.

Comfortable rooms. I tried the double and the single rooms. The single room is perfect if you’re travelling alone: the bed is big enough, the room looks small on the picture but is actually big for one person. Highly advise to try it.

The breakfast that is included is not worth it. I advise you to take the option without it and go get breakfast in one of the coffees in the neighborhood.

I really love the location of the hotel so many places to eat where you didn’t have to walk far and it wasn’t in a busy area .

That you have to wait until 2 pm to check in. All the other hotels in different cities had allow us to do early check in . We had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes after we had to ride a train into Rome

Great location. Part of my stay was solo and I felt very safe in that area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Joanna, who assisted with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, the Vatican and overall Rome knowledge. She was very friendly and made me confident to explore Rome on my own.

Beautiful common areas and nicely appointed room and lovely bathroom, obviously designed by a man as no surfaces to place anything or hooks to hang anything, but still very nice hence 10/10 Terriffic breakfast and nice food.
