The location was quite okay and pretty easy to find, there was a grocery store nearby, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and we even met their dog that wanted to come and play with us :) They gave us directions to the main attractions and gave us information on what buswe could take to get there.

The elevator to the hotel was narrow and many people were using it, so it was harder to get to the hotel. The bathroom had some weir smell and from the window, there was a cigarette smell coming in. It would have been great if there had been cards instead of keys for the doors.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downsides were the very small lift, which made getting up and down with luggage a bit tricky, and some construction work happening on the ground floor. Despite that, we’d happily stay here again.

Nice staff, room cleaned, tiny but cosy. I liked the bathroom which was big enough. Location is not superb, but walking to metro is 7 mins which is fine. Lot of restaurants in the surroundings. Termini station reachable by walk (15 mins).

The shower was broken and we had to use it without the head. Also, I accidentally broken the key during the day and it was very difficult to reach somebody in the reception that would speak english and help me. They didn't have backup key, cleaning lady had to come provide it.

The room is very nice, easy to find, the receiptionist lady was super kind. We only stay one night, great location. Not particularly the city center but you can see another part of the city, walking you are in di Trevi cca 10 min or there is metro nearby. We have visited Theatro di Opera. Nice clean rooms.

The staff was very friendly. It's of course not the most fancy hotel in Rome, but for us it was definitely good enough during our city trip. It's a good location, and overall good value for your money. Also the hotel is located a bit outside of the busy center, so the streets we're calmer. Still the center was easy to reach by foot (30min), or bus (10min).

Not something really specific. The overall accommodation is a bit old, but we knew that before booking.

Room quite small but ok for 3 days, handy fridge in room, on edge of main tourist area so a little quieter but good location for walking to sites and train station, small supermarket nearby and many restaurants. Very clean.

On the first day, the air condition is not working however they tried their best to fix everything for us, overall the staff are very nice.

Bathroom was a little bit old not as clean as it should be (nothing remarkable). We had a misunderstanding with paying the tourist rate but was solved quickly.

Really good value for money - the room was very spacious with a large window opening up to the street. Everything that I needed was there - kettle, tea, and coffee, a little fridge, a spacious wardrobe with hangers, a small bathroom with a large mirror, and plenty of little toiletries - just what you need after landing and busy transportation. The hotel keep my luggage for almost half a day - completely free which was very convenient and helpful for me. Very nice and helpful staff.

English was a bit of a problem but the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
