Great location and a lovely room. It had ample space and everything we needed as a base to explore Rome. We travelled with our son who had his own bed which was lovely and comfortable. The host maintained contact via WhatsApp’s and their responses were quick and helpful.

Nothing. It was great value for money and clean and comfortable. I had read previous reviews saying it was loud and not a nice area but that wasn’t our experience at all. The street was lovely, close to nice shops and restaurants. There was a little noise at night from the street but it’s to be expected in a city centre location.

The accommodation is located in an area with various ministries and embassies nearby. The area is safe, and the subway and grocery stores are nearby. You can go the sights of the city by metro, but in Rome you should definitely walk, so you get a lot more out of the city. You can walk to the Spanish Steps in fifteen minutes and from there you can comfortably continue to the Trevi Fountain. From here it is good to continue looking either through the Pantheon to Piazza Navona and the Vatican or to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. The closest metro station to the accommodation is Repubblica. The Vatican can be reached directly by one subway (Repubblica-Ottaviano). You can pay for the metro trip by contactless payment with a bank card. No need to wonder at the ticket machine. You can get to the Colosseum by changing at Termini.From the airport, you can easily get to Termini train station by train (Leonardo Express) and by taxi or subway to the accommodation, although Termini is relatively close, the accommodation area is much cleaner than Termini area. Whatsapp messaging is an easy way to communicate with the accommodation and questions can be answered quickly. The accommodation staff is nice and helpful. I recommend the accommodation, the price-quality ratio is good! Renovation had started to some extent, so I'm already waiting for the next time to see what kind of new have been made.

There is a bit of noise from the renovation of the courtyard, but the end result will certainly be wonderful! Balcony there is no view from the room, but this room is cozy because it has a small kitchen and dishes.

I liked how easy the check in process was it was super chill, and had no issues getting into the hotel at all. The room was clean, and simple no issues at all. For a shorter stay its perfect like 1 or 2 night spot

bed were a little uncomfortable but at the end of the day only stayed for the night for its price point it was fine.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was located right in the center within a walkable distance to nearly all the touristic points. The staff were very attentive and understanding. Definitely worth the value. We had a comfortable stay.

All the issues that we had were promptly handled by the property management.

The room is not like the picture but it’s fine!

The location was outwith the centre but not too far. We were able to easily walk to the Barberini, which then allowed us to take the metro elsewhere. We also found that we enjoyed the walk further into the city e.g to the Trevi. It was helpful to connect with the owner via WhatsApp too.

We didn't dislike anything, however it would have been helpful to have clearer info on where to pay the City tax (e.g leave in room) and where to leave key at end of stay (it was easy to find out as the owner was very easy to contact, this is more just a note for the owner that perhaps it would be useful to have a little welcome pack in the room).

We got a little gift for a new year! Every time we went out for a coffe or a walk when we came back we were greeted with new sheets, new shampoo and soap, new towels, clean bathroom and bedroom. The cleaning lady was awesome!.

Couldn’t get shower to a good temperature and the room was small, however it was good for what we needed

The location was great and very clean, plus they cleaned it every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The standard room we stayed in was quite small, had old furniture, and didn't match the photos in the booking account.
