A very nice, clean, and up to date B&B. The hostess was very nice and cordial and will make your bed daily if you would like. The shower was modern and all fixtures looked pretty new. The bed was comfortable with good linens. There was a towel warmer if you choose to use it. The positives definitely outweigh any negatives so I would stay here again unless I was willing to pay another 50 to 100 euros a night to be closer to the main sites.

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but will feed you for free if you are hungry. The main Roma Termini station was approximately a 15 min walk. Trevi fountain and Pantheon are walking distance but the location will require you to walk 15 minutes to any subway station. Roma Termini subway station is a little sketchy at night.

We had a lovely stay at Domus Flavia! The room was cozy and very clean, and the shower was great. Claudia was a wonderful host: kind, helpful and always willing to make her guests comfortable. The breakfast was also good, and the guests have full access to the kitchen, any time. And there's a beautiful terrace, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view. Domus Flavia is very well located, in a safe and calm neighborhood, with very good restaurants next to the B&B. If walking is not a problem, you can reach the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, for instance, in less than 30 minutes. I stayed there twice -- in the beginning and at the end of my trip -- and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Since it's a very small place, with only 3 rooms, it can sometimes be a little noisy. You can hear people talking at the reception (or when they arrive at/leave the place). But it was a minor issue for us.

I liked everything here. The host Claudia was so helpful, pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very clean and tidy. Fresh towels daily, great selection for breakfast, the bed was very comfortable. The location was very central, making it easy to get to all the sites. The transport system was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome.

The B&B was fantastic. They have a wonderful outdoor space where you can enjoy eating breakfast or just hanging out. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were spacious. The hostess, Claudia was very helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was also very good.

Location within walking distance to major attractions yet far enough away. Neighborhood we stayed in was nice as had plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Host Claudia was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Breakfast was better than expected, location was great for me, easy walk from station, Claudia was an excellent host, very good English. Great outdoor space.

If I have to be picky, there was quite a lot of street noise, late night revellers, some sort of works early in the morning and I couldn’t get the lamp over the basin to work.

Great location, in walking distance from Spanish Steps or Fontana di Trevi. The photos of the property are accurate, everything is new and well maintained. The terrace is a great asset, you also have shops and restaurants right next door. The host is very nice and helpful. For breakfast - you make your own, anytime you want, using everything that is in the kitchen or fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Our hostess greeted us before the regular check-in time since we arrived early. The well stocked kitchen and patio were fantastic for grabbing a snack any time and relaxing outside. My wife is gluten intolerant so the AMAZING hostess went out to get extra gluten-free items for our breakfast. Incredible service! The room was super clean and even though the bathroom was small, it was very functional.

only downside was the airport transfer arranged through the b&b was far more expensive than it needed to be (I should have researched more before I agreed it).
