I loved everything about this hotel. It was one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They would give us good recommendations when asked, and they were genuinely happy to see us whenever we appeared in the lobby. We loved the dry sauna and the gym. The gym is a beautiful full size gym with great equipment which is hard to find in Europe. The rooms were exceptional. They were big, clean, comfortable and of high quality. I would go back there again without hesitation, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome.

Overall it's a good modern hotel. The rooms were designed and equipped pretty well. Cleaning was pretty good. There is always lemon water in the lobby, and they provide rooms with two bottles.

1. Only a la carte breakfast. We were waiting up to 30 min and got a pretty low quality Benedict egg (which I can rate just as 1-2 of 5) on the burnt bread. Very limited choice of other options. I just won't take breakfast in the hotel next time. 2. Surprisingly low pressure of water in the shower. 3. Pretty strong mattress which I usually like but this one was too strong and not comfortable enough.

This was the perfect place from which to explore Rome. A couple blocks removed from the crowded center and with transport readily available, the property was calming and relaxing after a day of tours and good food. While the property is in perfect condition, what REALLY made our visit special was the extraordinary staff. I felt so accommodated and welcomed. They helped with several details with gracious hospitality. There are also several excellent restaurants close by and in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will return there should the opportunity occur.

New hotel in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very modern and elegant. Location is close enough to visit all the attractions, and yet far enough to enjoy the tranquility and get outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist zones. The staff is incredible, so professional and courteous. The rooms are super comfortable, spacious, large bathrooms. No details are overlooked, you are surrounded by beautifully curated down to the smallest details (Dyson hairdryer, record player, Illy espresso maker etc). What truly sets this hotel apart from its peers is the way the front office team responded when we had a minor issue we brought to their attention. The management showed us how much they truly cared about their high standards they are seeking to achieve and maintain. Their response greatly exceeded our expectations. In addition to their amazing à la carte breakfast (every plate was freshly made and beautifully presented) we had a chance to try the restaurant YEZI, a truly epic dining experience, best Asian fusion cuisine we have ever had.. We give this hotel the absolute highest rating on every level. We definitely will come back.

Very new hotel with an amazing room, great staff, amenities and a fantastic location close enough to the key Rome landmarks while not being in a crazy busy touristy area. I was initially a bit skeptical in booking this 5-star hotel due to the limited reviews (as it has only been open a few months) but this truly was the highlight of our honeymoon in Italy. The staff were fantastic, especially the two gentlemen who greeted us at check-in who gave us many tips for Rome and the hotel services (including bicycle use!). The room was very spacious (much more than other "central" 5-star Rome hotels which we considered), the bed was very comfortable. We were very lucky to get a complimentary room upgrade to the Junior Suite which we were very happy with. This truly is a hidden gem in Rome and everything was exceptional.

I recently stayed at art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio for two nights, and it was an overall wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully located, making it easy to explore the sights and sounds of Rome. The service was exceptional, with Marco, the receptionist, standing out as particularly helpful. He made our stay much more enjoyable by responding promptly to all our questions and requests, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The room was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. The unique art-inspired decor of the hotel adds to its charm, giving it a special touch that stands out from other hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio to anyone visiting the city, especially if you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and a great location.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a modern, stylish hotel stay. The location was great just 20 mins from the main attractions (trevi fountain etc) and had lots of lovely restaurants a few minutes walk away - which the friendly hotel staff were more than happy to give us some lovely recommendations. The bar in the hotel was also lovely, great drinks and nibbles which were complimentary. Their restaurant Yezi was also yummy with Asia cuisine (nice to have a change in food amongst all the pizza and pasta!) In the room everything was high tech with a huge TV and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch.

Our stay at the art’otel Rome was simply exceptional. Perfectly located next to the charming Villa Borghese Park, it offered us the perfect setting for peaceful walks with our child. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome — their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast, featuring a selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The hotel’s design deserves special praise: every detail reflects a thoughtful approach and exquisite taste. It is clear that a renowned Roman artist contributed to the hotel’s concept — the interiors are filled with creativity, elegance, and a uniquely Roman spirit. We would return here without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful and inspiring stay in Rome.

We found out upon arrival that the property was only open a matter of days. The staff were absolutely delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive, receptive or accommodating. They were forthcoming with information on local restaurants and attractions, suggestions and even comped us breakfast for a few days. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The location was perfect as the hotel was nestled on a quiet neighbourhood just 10 minutes in a taxi away from the tourist hot spots. The staff were very friendly and looked after us in all areas of the hotel- reception, bar, restaurant. Rooms were immaculately cleaned every day. Huge comfy bed, plenty of space in the room. They contained Dyson hair dryer and a clothes steamer for our convenience.

Not many spaces to put clothes away.
